Dr Kevin Zent is the worst doctor I have ever had in my USAF lifetime. He has zero respect, wouldn’t even use my correct NAME, and he literally laughed in my face while other Drs AND THEIR labs supported my claim and condition. When proven wrong with science, he got butt hurt; he had me on WRONG and unnecessary meds for YEARS, which I proved with my endocrinologist. Zent laughed in my (cancer patient) face and said, “You’ll be back on the med again soon enough.” He was WRONG AGAIN. He constantly pushed NEGATIVITY and unnecessary surgeries on me. He treated me like dirt, I OFTEN HEARD “that’s not my job or problem” and in MY opinion, he is just as gross and useless as they come. His attitude was disgusting and there was ZERO CARE. He has SO MANY FOOLED that it’s both nauseating and concerning. You’d seriously get more CARE from a deaf and mute toddler. Save yourself and DO NOT go to Goodwin Community Health and ESPECIALLY NEVER, EVER SEE OR TRUST “DR” KEVIN ZENT. I can hardly wait for his chapter in my book. ?

spoke to Peggy on the phone to get refills and discuss future care for my wife and most times it's stressful and it's evident people don't care and just pass the buck for the next person. HOWEVER, today's phone call with Peggy was absolutely pleasant she was endearing, kind and understanding. The other women that lack enthusiasm and are mono toned and borderline rude should take notes. I know you have to talk to 100 people a day but it's not my fault the last 5 people were rude to you don't meet my kind happy demeanor with frustration and carelessness. Grateful for Peg.

I'm a patient of the Mobile Health Clinic (van). I'm extremely grateful and blessed for the Mobile Health Clinic especially Tara, Casey and Miss. Lucy. They take the time to get to know you and listen to you. You're not just a patient you're a human a real person to them and that means a lot to me to have someone and they treat you like one as well. They always greet you with a smile ?. They are compassionate, caring, happy ,cheerful, very pleasant, understanding ,friendly, reliable, hard working and they really do take the time to listen to what you have to say. They don't try to rush you out of the appointment if it wasn't for the Mobile Health clinic it would be extremely difficult for myself and my boyfriend to get to any doctor's appointment at your somersmworth or Portsmouth location.. So having them come to town once a week is GREAT. I'm truly blessed and very appreciative to have discovered the Mobile Health Clinic. It is hard to find a health care center that treats patients as real people and cares about their works as much as they do.I ♥️ LOVE ♥️ how they remember the little things and that to me matters that they take the time to get to know you. I can't say enough about how much the Mobile Health Clinic has helped me in so many ways and continues to do so. You are very lucky and blessed to have 3 of the most AMAZINGLY, THOUGHTFUL, CARING, GREAT AND AWESOME to have working for the Mobile Health Clinic in your Health care center. You should be very proud of your medical team. I can't say enough how blessed and lucky I am to be a patient of yours. They truly have helped me and continue to. ? THANK YOU MS. TARA, MS. Will never go back! They provided medical treatment to my autistic son without ever having any records in his medical chart - ILLEGAL! When they told me nothing was in his chart (but he had been in the system the entire time as a result of being in the Rochester/Portsmouth/Somersworth network), I realized that not only should we had been notified they shouldn’t have been seeing him, but that immunizations and such were done without having records consistently maintained. I demanded a copy of all medical records they had on file for him and they charged me - insurance company told me that was illegal and 1 year later I got my refund. They discriminated against me as an autistic/adhd person by referring me to an “in house” psychiatrist who doesn’t specialize in autism, and she attempted to misdiagnose me, ignored what my therapist of 9 years had written, and didn’t know what Stimming behaviors were. She sent me home with a YBOC which should never be self-administered (and I say this having a background in mental health!) My PCP initially stated that we would need to figure out which adhd medicine would work best by trying it till we find the right fit, but after the first medication tried (and failed) I weaned myself off of it because of serotonin syndrome and the doctor who documented it did so incorrectly with the wrong information, leading me to be treated as if I were looking to abuse medications. I will forever alert people on how awful they are! My son and I deserve to be treated better!

I have been to many facilities in the seacoast area. At Goodwin Community Health Center I have been treated with kindness, compassion, and outstanding care. It's not like going to one doctor like most places. Goodwin has a great network of doctors, dentist, counselors for all your needs, and many more providersall working together to make sure you receive the care you need. They also have a low cost pharmacy and Lab Services all under one roof.

Their dental hygienists are good, but the dentists themselves are young, inexperienced and using this job to practice on poor people. Their botched fillings have destroyed at least two of my teeth, possibly three - still waiting to see whether that one can be saved by a skilled dentist. NEVER GET FILLINGS HERE!

Had a very negative experience with a doctor there who was very incompetent... you know who you are and thanks for transferring me to a new primary care with out me knowing until i called my self. Very unprofessional.

Horrible!! I had 3 appointments rescheduled after waiting an hour for the doctor, not only that but I had to take time off of work just to make these appointments and lose money but if I was this late for my appointment then I would still have to pay! If you can find any other doctors office I would go there because this place is a joke!

IF YOU'RE SICK THEY WILL NOT LET YOU IN THE BUILDING, and that's not an exaggeration if you have ANY flue or flue like symptoms they will tell you to hit the highway and they will do a phone appointment where you are suppose to describe how your ailment looks and sounds to them over the phone.This is going to sound a lot like a rant of just some guy who's angry but this is all real stuff that the office puts it's patents through and I am very angry but it doesn't make all the stuff i am about to talk about any less valid. Please do t do business with this place, if you likee and have no choice then just know what you are getting into before you decide to let your health slip and go here.I like my primary, but I have had issues with getting my prescription scrips sent to my pharmacy from my other doctor I see there. And the dental department sent me a bill for more than the amount I was told it would cost. They treat you very rudely, I had to get my prescription filled because my doctor didn't write the previous prescription to last until my next appointment and the front desk women was not helping and said that it wouldn't get done today so she wouldn't try. I am going to go a weekend without one of my psych meds and this isn't the first time I've had to go through this.You cannot get a hold of anyone, they are saying that its due to the recent pandemic but it has been like this since I have started going years ago, nothing has changed during all of this but they are using it to let service stay the same without having to change even though they have less in office patients than ever you can still never talk to anyone or get any call backs no matter how important it may be to you.I recently also had to be on the phone with them for over a week and a half about getting my diabetes medicine filled but the office staff never communicate with each other and nothing was getting done and still hasn't been taken care of and then I was lied to by office staff as to the laws regarding them faxing prescriptions to my pharmacy being told that it's against state law for them to do so, not that it was company policy as to why they weren't willing to. Then my appointment to get this all taken care of they messed up as well with giving me the wrong time then sending me a reminder for the correct date which was a week after what I was told.When I recently had a appointment I was told that if I had any COVID symptoms to call ahead I didnt so I went on down and when I got there a not was on the door stating that if anyone came in contact with anyone with COVID to call, now that's a lot different than the confirmation text I received. So I called them and was told that I would not be allowed into the building and that it was an easy fix they just put it to a telephone visit. The whole reason I went there was to be seen in person for my psych health and when I tried to explain that the information I reciveved was incorrect the Iady was talking to said I was going to kill the doctors and patients if I stepped foot in the building. I have seen my doctor plenty of times when SHE was sick during and before COVID became a thing. And when I talked to her assistant to reschedule she said that they should have let me in if I had no symptoms. Then my appointment with my doctor went about as well as to be expected with this person it started off with me being blamed for not going in for so long when she has cancelled many times and I have been pushed back to the point wherey much needed appointment was pushed back THREE months. So I still haven't seen her and have been spending a lot of time in a bad mental state.When I finally got to see my doctor she was angry at me for how long it's been when she was the one who scheduled the appointment and then the delays were because this office doesn't let you in the building if your sick and they had to keep moving my appointment around. Imagine getting scolded for doing what you were told by the person who told you to do it.

Absolutely the worst place to go for health care!!! That have no interest in your well being, couldn't care less. I've had to wait for heart health appointments and references for months only for them to act like nothing happened and do it all over to you again. I had a conversation about medications not called in last week but low and behold there not there again. I even gave the benefit of calling all the local pharmacy and guess what, not there either. I guess it's just a big game to go to work and screw off the most, or best in there eyes!! Goodwin Family Health is a complete joke and dangerous for guess what, YOUR HEALTH

Took months to schedule a simple check up appointment and dr in residency was fine but office staff have misspelled my name, then my email, now awaiting follow up on blood results 7 days later even though lab sent over days ago. Didn’t think would have to be so difficult ontop of a changing portal system that required me to call in as system did not recognize me as a customer. Geesh

I am so frustrated I have been on the phone several times fighting with people to get my psych meds that I need to function. I have begun to be suicidal because I’m withdrawing from them. It has been 2 weeks since I’ve had them. The prescription got sent into the pharmacy completely wrong yesterday and now I have to wait 4 more days until Monday. I have a 2 month old I have to take care of and they do not care. This has happened to me before when I was 14 and I was ready to hurt myself or someone else. I have been going here since I was a child I feel like they would have more respect toward me and they don’t.

Lacy at the front desk is absolutely amazing she really went above and beyond and took the time to listen and understand me and my situation she was very compassionate, understanding and determined to help i felt heard well cared for she turned a very frustrating situation into a very positive uplifting atmosphere to be in absolutely went above and beyond and after several attempts, bending over backwards she was successful! she made a big difference today and not only because she fixed the problem, but because of how attentive and caring she was thank you Lacy!
