I would like to personally thank Michael Bick for going above and beyond his duty to find and replace some older ear buds for my older behind the ear hearing aids. My hearing aids are 14 years old and still functioning wonderfully.I want to thank Miracle-Ear for continuing to support their older products. Michael went out of his way to accommodate me, and I thank him very much.

I have a 93 year old mother who decided to try miracle ear hearing aids. We scheduled an appointment with miracle ear in Somersworth NH. The receptionist Marie greeted us warmly and pleasant. We met with Michael Brick for audio testing. Michael has earned MORE than a 5 star rating from us. He treated Mom with the utmost integrity , respect and professionalism. He diminished her anxiety for the best hearing aid, which included form, fit, function and cost. He never rushed her; and made her feel like she was the most important patient for the present. Michael went above and beyond to resolve a contact problem with the finance company. Michael opened a new world of hearing for her; she beams when conversing with her great grandchildren. Michael continues to support her issues. I would highly recommend his services at Miracle Ear center in Somersworth.

The hearing aids work well but are WAY overpriced. However, the staff at this office is the worst. The current clinician has no idea where anything is and cannot keep up with the appointments. Very poor customer service.

Worse customer experience I haven’t experienced. Brought my dad 83yrs old, to have hearing aids tested, Michael indicated it needed repair and it would take 3 wks. After 3wks and 4 days I called and was told they never got payment so they were not shipped out. When asked why it wasn’t taken before leaving office or a simple call. No excuse, just sorry for mis communication ?? That is laziness or major unorganized.Gave card over phone, asked to have them expedited, was told 4 days they would be ready. Waited a week and left 5 vm’s, emailed 1x and stopped in…was not available 2x. After 3 more weeks, I was able to talk to Micheal in office and hearing aids were still NOT shipped out. ? You can’t make this up.I took them to the Portsmouth Office with Ron. Amazing man, kind, over communicates and was able to fix dad’s hearing aid on-site.I would NOT recommend this location to my worse enemy.

THIS PLACE IS NEVER OPENED OR DOESN'T ANSWER PHONE. MY WIFE HAS BEEN WAITING FOR AT LEAST TWO MONTHS PLUS TO GET A HEARING AID REPLACEMENT. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL.

Went through the whole exam. Had the purchase agreement done and down payment applied and taken from our account. Went in for final fitting and to pick them up. Did all that and then they couldn't finance as the purchase agreement was agreed to originally. Now it's pay more or see ya later. Bad business procedure. Very disappointed!
