When 2 savvy teenage girls outshine the supposed expertise of 2 supposedly grown men that run the service dept at Hilltop Chevy Service, it's like witnessing a cosmic mismatch. Not only did they manage to convince me that my comprehensive warranty covers absolutely nothing, but their notion of a timely transmission flush turned into a mysterious 2 week long saga, as if my car entered the black hole of incompetence. No calls for an entire week after I asked for the service.Oh, and the grand surprise! A $165 bill, apparently for the privilege of having my car diagnosed without any forewarning. Forget the transmission flush; it seems they couldn't even keep track of basic requests in their daily influx of business because, "You know we deal with 50 ppl a day so sometimes notes get lost." A week of radio silence, no red flags to maybe call the owner of said car and when I dared to inquire, the manager's attempt at resolution turned into a theatrical staring contest while trying to pay!?!?Meanwhile, 2 teenage girls are standing there recording the whole interaction because, "This is so crazy stupid that it's TikTok worthy!"All this, meanwhile their trying to find the keys & the car, itook 10 min. Go to drive away, only to now see the engine light now fully illuminating like a misplaced star, and my seat adjuster has transformed into an impromptu car horn!Congratulations, Hilltop Chevy, for not only failing to fix anything but managing to add an orchestra of malfunctions to your repertoire!PS- I was also interested in trading my car in for a new one, but again, the note must have been lost in " the 50 ppl" because sales never called me back.

This place needs work. I bought a new truck and it has been in the shop for the last 41 days of the 120 days of which I have owned it.

Quick and efficient for sticker appointment. Chairs in waiting room spread out and they did have Hand sanitizer but not everyone wore a mask properly and were told by staff to do so. Staff would let theirs slip down on occasion as well. Sorry I believe on being diligent about that kind of thing. Tons of refreshments available very comfortable surroundings. Easy in and out. Recommend this dealership for sure.

If I could give this dealership less than one star I would. My initial experience was super pleasant. I negotiated a fair price and a fair trade in value. When it came time to finalize things my husband, who had not been involved thus far, questioned whether we really needed some of the options and thought maybe we should look around since this had been an impulse buy to begin with. We left to consider options overnight. During that time the general manager and I had some very cordial texts where he offered to remove the docking fee and hold the car for an additional day. After much consideration and thought, we decided to go for it and got pre-qualified for a good interest rate with our regular bank. We notified the general manager in the morning that we were ready to move forward, that we had arranged financing, and I shared the interest rate. Other than saying that was the rate he needed to beat he said nothing else. We showed up ready to finalize the deal in what was promised to be a quick and easy process. Instead, when we declined to accept their rate and stomach a higher interest rate or lose $2200 in rebates for a lower one, the finance guy said it was time to part ways. No negotiation. No, oops, maybe we overpromised on the price. Nothing. The sales agent we worked with is a really, really, nice guy, but don't be fooled by the bad faith negotiation that's going on behind the scenes. This dealership clearly caters to uninformed buyers who care only about the final payment amount and not what they will be paying in the long run. Stay away from this dealership. It's not worth the emotional investment on the front end when you get to the end only to find out it was all in bad faith. My husband and I have purchased many cars from both Chevy and other dealerships and have never experienced anything like this.UPDATE: After walking away from Hilltop's nonsense, the next day we happily spent our money at Banks Chevrolet for the same price as we had walked away to consider overnight and with the options we actually wanted. And were in and out in less than 3 hours. There was negotiation, but no underhanded games.I also learned that my parents visited Hilltop Chevy a year or so ago. When they told the agent they needed to think about the offer overnight the agent ripped up the agreement in front of them. They also took their money elsewhere.Save your time and your money and skip this dealership. If you go, be prepared to walk away from their 11th hour bullying tactics. You can get the same deal you originally negotiated elsewhere without the headache.
