Jan 25 2024 I learned by calling the 800 # that This location is closed yesterday/today and there is no sign on the door nor was there notification to the multiple patients who fasted, took time off of work etc. who were waiting outside in the cold for their appointment. With text reminders sent for the appointment, there is no excuse to not notify patients in advance the location was closed today.

My patient arrived to do a stat blood draw and this Quest was closed. No note on door. Nothing on website saying this location was closed.

Made an appt online, received a confirmation, drove 45 min only to discover a note on the door stating the lab was closed for the day. A waste of time and absolutely unexceptable.

First of all the website and phone number says they are open at 9am.....when I got there there was a sign on the door that said open at 9:30. I waited only to find out they had appointments online I have never been here before so was not aware of it. The woman who opened the door was not very pleasant. She then had to use tape to keep the door from locking. There is one one to greet you only an Ipad that say to check in no one directs you at all. Since I didnt know about appointments I asked her how long the wait would be since the web and phone said 9 she said yeah well we dont open till 9:30......I then asked her how long the wait would be since I dont have an appointment and she said not sure she had to take the apts first....i again said i get that but since I was here at 9 already just not sure how much longer I can wait if you have appointments all day long...she then said in a rude manor I guess I can go out back and try to look.....yeah no way in hell is she sticking me I walked out after she told me it would then be approx 20 more mins.....STAY AWAY

Super friendly phlebotomist! Scheduling appointments online are okay, but it’s quite difficult due to they fill up super fast, but if your day is flexible, you’ll be okay. I’ve always been treated with respect and a smile. I’ll continue to use the Somersworth, NH location. Thank you for taking great care of me!

Constantly closes early and cancels appointments without telling you. One person to run the entire building, only for that person to get over frustrated and just close down for the day

Made an appointment, arrived 15 mins early and was seen within 10 minutes, then out and on my way home in another 10. The woman who drew the blood samples was super friendly, no issues finding a vein.NOTE to other's looking to go here: My biggest piece of advice is to *book an appointment*. You can do that free on Quest Health's website.There were three people in the waiting area when I arrived and I was seen before them. I realized later this was because they were on standby and did not have scheduled appointments.Appointment availability might be limited so if your test/labs can't wait a week, you might have to do the standby option, just be prepared for a longer wait.One other mention is you can purchase labs directly, outside insurance directly on Quest Health's website and have them performed here. Many tests are cheaper this way if you are without insurance or your insurance is not covering some/all of it.

Had blood work done on Tuesday. It's Friday night and still no results. Sent over to my doctors and no way of calling them to find out what's going on. Might have to take the test over again

after letting me wait for about 20 mins while i was the only patient there, they attempted to get a huge vein in my arm. Missed it on the first try so the lady fished around in my arm until ultimately she decided to pull out. Rather than restocking that arm, or even trying my other arm- she went for my hand which i verbally objected to and said those veins are not good veins. i’m 25 years old i’ve had my blood drawn many times, i can tell you which of my veins will work. Well she went for it anyway, and low and behold- my vein in my hand is now blown badly, incredibly bruised and swollen a whole week later. i’ll be surprised if it doesn’t collapse. Inside my arm was sore and swollen from her fishing around inside it. this was the worst blood draw of my life, and this is literally the first time i’ve ever written a review. If you have a choice, choose somewhere else.

Made an appointment, was taken back at exactly my appointment time. The phlebotomist was so nice, she talked to me during the blood draw to distract me. She got the vein on the first try and was very efficient. I’ll definitely continue coming here for any future lab work.
