If 0 stars or negative stars were an option I'd use those in a heartbeat. I'm HORRIFIED at how poorly this pharmacy is managed/run. This isn't fast food, this is MEDICATION. Employees are rude, dishonest, and I'm more than a little concerned about safety. I called last night to verify they had my meds and was told they did and it would be ready in the morning. Knowing how this place works I waited until THREE O'CLOCK to drive there to pick up. I was told it wasn't ready, to my shock. I was then forced to ask when it'll be ready. Lady goes back and then tells me maybe after 5:00. I was speechless. 40 minutes wasted trying to call and speak to a manager, can't get anyone to answer the phone. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Do better. MUCH better.

I came in to load money onto a card in order to pay a bill I HAVE TO pay. I just had surgery and living week to week, money has been tight. It took all my money to pay my bill but Rachel supposedly the manager here, heard the wrong amount which cost me 5 dollars to load I said $65 she put in $60 and in order to put the other $5 on there it'll cost me more money. If it were me I would have paid it so the customer could have paid their bill. She didn't even apologize and laughed with another customer when I walked away clearly upset! What a horrible person Rachael is!

The fact that the pharmacists all take a break at the same time and close is unacceptable and unprofessional. Leaving people in your parking lot for 30 minutes having an asthma attack needing their meds is a shame on rite aid and every other pharmacy that does this.

Great Mgrs. & staff in the 679 Central Ave. Dover, NH pharmacy. Rita's very personable, efficient, helpful, courteous & friendly. Matt checks everything & gives good information.Sometimes they have 50% off seasonal merchandise. I've purchased lots of toys, candy, gardening tools & small patio tables there. Vitamin sales are sometimes BOGO free.When I moved, I stayed with Rite Aid mostly because I trust & like the people there, but also the RXs & products. Great service, too.

Rudest pharmacy technicians around. The last 3 times I’ve been they are rude and clearly annoyed if I have questions. I was thinking after the 1st time maybe it was a bad day but it’s clear this is the way the pharmacy is run. Taking my prescription elsewhere.

Despite the shortened hours due to staffing, this place seems to be run very well. My prescription was filled hours before it was due.

If you need your medication go to anywhere but here! I had shoulder surgery, very painful. Twice in less than three weeks a doctor sent over a prescription which I needed. Twice their pharmacy was closed during the day within hours posted as open! No warning, no answer via phone. I’m all done with Rite Aid!

Mostly have had good experience with Rite Aid pharmacy, but I cannot understand why the drive through is always broken down and out of service 90% of the year! For disabled people, and during icy winter and with covid constantly affecting people, you would think they would be prioritizing their drive through convenience...

Don’t come here for vaccines. The understaffed pharmacy does not honor appointments and will continue helping others until there is no line, so you will be waiting indefinitely.

I called the pharmacy at 7:40pm in a panic because the 24 hour Walgreens didn't have any Tamiflu in stock for my daughter. I knew after calling 2 other RiteAids that the pharmacy was closing at 8pm but I asked the pharmacist if he could PLEASE check his stock. He told me he had 10 in stock and said he could do a partial prescription for me. I gave him my daughter's info and asked him to transfer the Rx, and I would be there shortly. At 7:54pm I ran in to the pharmacy, but Walgreens fax hadn't come through yet. The pharmacist on duty called for a verbal and filled the script for me in minutes, and ordered the balance for tomorrow. I couldn't thank him enough! The technician was amazingly patient with me being a last minute customer and I appreciate her SO much for understanding that I was really worried about my sick child!! I honestly, received top notch service tonight and I am tremendously thankful and impressed! Keep up the amazing work you do!!

Rite Aid Somersworth pharmacy staff went above and beyond to help my daughter get her medication in a timely manner when CVS on the other side of the street screwed up one more time.CVS couldn't deliver half of her prescription, including some painkiller and came up with some rubbish excuses as to why (stating my insurance wouldn't pay for the generic version of the medicine when they were, didn't have the one prescribed on store, even told me that it wouldn't hurt waiting a couple of days... Go tell that to a little girl in pain!) so we called Rite Aid and asked if they had the medicines in question.The lady on the phone apologized for the experience with CVS and went straight on to check if they had the medicines and they did. She then asked for our details and told us she will arrange the prescription to be transferred to them and that we would get a text as soon as the prescription is ready. Within the next ten minutes, we received a text and an automated call to say it was ready.When my wife went to pick it up, she met the pharmacist who was very friendly and professional and again apologized for the hassle we went through thanks to CVS when clearly, no one from Rite Aid was responsible for the situation.We decided to move all our prescriptions with Rite Aid from now on!Thank you so much for your prompt assistance on this matter.

Rachel is always professional, friendly and caring to her Customers, I appreciate being helped by Rachel during my store visits, and she always very helpful with information regarding my Account with Points etc. Thank-you for having such a wonderful staff member.
