From the cleanliness to the staff to the state of the art equipment to the indoor pool to the indoor lap pool, the sauna and the steam room. This place has everything you could want and more. Affiliated with Douglas hospital. They have indoor racquetball courts, outdoor tennis courts and pickleball courts. I see a lot of people complain about the money. Not for nothing. You're paying $120 for two people and you have every benefit in the world. People need to stop being so frugal and realize that you have to spend money on your health.

honestly its still a okay fitness center but they got rid of so much stuff like the hot tubs in the upstairs locker rooms, the steam room and or sauna are shut down for maintenance at least half the time and speaking of which, the mens room sauna is now going on its 5th month or so of being closed. its also now full of high school "gym bros" that lack proper gym/locker room etiquette. another downside is if you are over the age of 25 the gym membership fee is roughly $75 a month but after a few months or a year they'll slightly increase it. started out paying 35 a month now I pay closer to $45 a month. thats about 4 months worth of membership for planet fitness and if you want to cancel they dont make it easy

The place is nice and clean but it gets too crowded. There is not enough space for swimming or working out.

No access to youth programs, as advertised. Very poor customer service in the evening hours. Lack of supervision and accountability within the fitness center staff, including the director. Do not recommend joining. However, physical therapy dept. AND nutrition dept. are phenomenal.

No Experience needed.Apparently they no longer except Employer discounts. Too bad I work for a very large company that probably funds your program and will no longer as I am making them aware you do not any longer provide health benefit programs for Employers as a health discount

I am VERY happy there have been some recent upgrades to the weight training equipment and free weights. And the reconfiguration in the upstairs cardio room and the updated stretching room have made working out here enjoyable again. ALMOST makes it worth the exorbitant membership fee lol.
