Your call center kept sending in customers unaware of the work that was going on in the shop….2 men and 5 cars they are working on. That’s truly unrealistic odds. Yet their demeanor and attitude was positive and they owned the “we got you” attitude. I will be sharing my experience and shouting from the rooftops about how well I was treated and the customers around me were treated.
