Your call center kept sending in customers unaware of the work that was going on in the shop….2 men and 5 cars they are working on. That’s truly unrealistic odds. Yet their demeanor and attitude was positive and they owned the “we got you” attitude. I will be sharing my experience and shouting from the rooftops about how well I was treated and the customers around me were treated. “I’m new to the area and had what I suspected to be a leak in one of my tires. Someone recommended I come here and I understand why! They were able to get me in same day and quickly repaired the tire in less than an hour and didn’t even charge me! Everyone was kind and the waiting area was comfortable and very clean. They even have a screen where you can see the work being done on your car…clearly showing they have nothing to hide. It can be difficult to find a place like this committed to doing the right thing but this place obviously does. Would highly recommend them to anyone!”
