Every time I go in to get work done or have an estimate, I receive an excuse why it can’t be done or they don’t do it. No matter the project. Not sure if it’s the people at the desk or just how the company is but it’s frustrating when you know they do body work and refuse to even look at the project

I had an unfortunate experience today that I’ve spent time reflecting on and am increasingly disappointed. I feel the need to warn the public. I received a gift certificate as a gift last fall (that was bought by my husband to cover a full detail on my specific vehicle) I wanted to wait until I got through the winter with my young kids to utilize it. I called in May and told them what my gift certificate was worth when I made the appt which took nearly 2 mos to schedule on my one day off a week. I dropped the car this morning and it was ready as promised. Unfortunately after the cleaning was complete, I was then told that there was an extra $120 due on top of my $349.95 gift certificate. They claimed it was extra cleaning, some sort of yellow dust (that I never noticed), “sticky” stuff ( I have toddlers) AND the price increased since the gift certificate was issued (not revealed in May when I booked). I was in a rush to get my kids to swim lessons and paid the $$ and left. I have been stewing on this for hours and this is a horrible unfair business practice. I KNOW without a doubt that I referenced the gift certificate amount when I booked the appt (as I had no idea what it would cover). Instead of cleaning my engine, doing extra road dust and charging me for a price increase, I should have been called and ASKED if I would approve this extra amount I would be charged, offered to forgo some areas so that my gift certificate would cover the cost as I was told it would when I made the appointment. Buyer beware, $470 for an SUV detailing here despite what may be advertised, you are responsible for the upsell at the end when the work was done. Unfortunately this left a really poor impression on an otherwise job well done but enough to lose my business.

This was my first time at Todd's Touch, and I have finally found my new detail shop. You can tell he really likes what he does, because his attention to detail is shown in the work. I like to get my truck dirty and work it hard, but I also like to keep it looking good. Todd brought my paint job back to showroom condition. I've tried a couple high end detail shops in the area, and they did ok, but Todd smoked them, and he was cheaper than them all! I'll be bring my truck back, and my bike too. Highly recommend!

I took our jeep Willys down and had Todd remove the black Willys sticker and replace with a different color. I also had them fix the jeep emblem on the drivers side. Everything came out perfect and looks so good!! We are extremely happy and highly recommend them!
