We inherited a car several years ago that we wanted to sell, but were concerned as it was a smoker's car and loaded with stains. We brought it to Todd's Touch and when we got it back the next day it looked brand new. The odor was almost undetectable. More recently we brought our 2015 Honda Pilot in for detailing as we are passing it on to our teenage daughter. The middle row was completely saturated with stains from toddler's muddy boots and hot chocolate spills, etc. When we went back to pick it up everything looked great, but some of those middle row stains were still slightly visible. When we mentioned it at checkout, they bent over backwards to make sure we are satisfied customers. They asked to keep it an extra day so they could have another go at it with a stronger product typically reserved for other purposes. When we picked it up yesterday, the stains were completely undetectable and the interior looks brand new. Very happy customers, highly recommend!

Have a 2006 BMW330CIC with the clear paint protection film on the hood cracking from age. With the rest of the car in showroom condition it really detracted from the look of the car. Todd was able to remove the old, cracking film (not an easy task) and replaced it with a new piece, and actually went a few inches higher on the hood. Finished, it far exceeded my expectations, as the front truly looks like a new car. I would HIGHLY recommend Todd’s Touch for this type of service.

Didn’t know my car could be this clean! I’ve had it for almost four years and never gotten it detailed. I ride horses so the floors were pretty caked with mud, and I spend a lot of time driving otherwise so it had additional dirt and dust. This thing looks brand new!Extremely reasonable cost and very quick, I dropped it off the night before and they called me at 2:30 pm to say it was done. The woman on the phone was also very friendly. I will definitely be doing this yearly now.

While detailing my car an employee scratched my passenger door. Also I met Todd personally and he touched me in places i did not wish to be touched in. The inside almost looked worse than it did before. My paint got scratched off on the drivers side door as well. I’m incredibly disappointed and angry that they didn’t even offer a refund for the horrible job. They apologized and still charged me just about 400 dollars for this. I live paycheck to paycheck and couldn’t afford this, I was forced to be homeless all because todd’s touch.Service: Auto detailing

My 9 year old Lincoln MKZ has treated me well, but needed some TLC. WOW! I am impressed! I had a interior and exterior detailing done. The black body paint has the glitter sparkles back. Interior better than I ever expected. I commute close to 3 hours a day. Feel like I have a new car.They didn't miss anything!
