First time using Torq Offroad for any services especially a lift and I was very satisfied! Came in for a quote on a leveling kit instead went with a 3.5 inch Readylift SST for my 2020 Ram 1500. The price was reasonable especially for the parts and the labor. The lift parts came in a week later and had my truck done within the next day! My truck looks so much nicer and rides so much smoother than stock. I also got new tires and wheels and they fit perfectly. Ben did a fantastic job on my lift and he was very upfront about everything. He was very nice and communicated with me about everything. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to lift their truck! Will definitely be back in the future!

Hired torq off road to install a lift kit and steering parts on my truck. So far I have had no problems with any of those parts installed. What I did have a problem with was when they asked if I wanted to replace the brake pads. They sent a pic of pads that were not in great condition. I asked how the rotors were, since I'd normally replace those while doing pads. They told me they were "thick and good". I had them proceed to install new pads (or so I thought). When I picked my truck up I was given a price increase of $500 (pretty steep for some pads and some extra hammer beating I thought) but I paid no problem. The big problem began when I took the truck to get the alignment done (maybe 10 miles away) it started pulling hard to the right. By the time I got to the alignment shop all I could smell was burnt brakes, it was dark and almost closing time for the alignment shop. The next day, the alignment shop confirmed the caliper seized on my drive there. I had them replace it and while they started the repair he showed me how "good" my rotors were. They were shot! I gave them the OK to replace them knowing I just had the pads done. This is where the story gets better (lol). upon getting to the drivers side of the vehicle, the technician found that not only did my passenger side caliper seize up but also my drivers side. How strange! The reason for this catastrophic brake failure was due to torq off road only installing new pads on one side of the vehicle! The owner admitted this was his fault and asked how he could repay me for this. I told him my $110 alignment turned into a $1400 repair bill. Since then I've yet to receive any communication with the owner of torq off road. I followed up with another message and still no reply. I gave him from middle of February until today to do something right and he has failed to do so.Services: Steering & suspension repair

It took me several weeks and 11 rejections from shops until I found Torq. I needed a shop to swap an old part for a new part and weld a bit. No one would do the job, and the Toyota Dealership quoted me $3200. Torq knew exactly what I needed, did exactly what I asked for, and charged me $500. Absolute legends. It has now been about a month since the repair, and all is well and good. For any weld/custom/weird work I need done (2004 tacoma) I will call them first.

Terrible experience overall. Shoddy workmanship. Suspension boot damaged. I had to have the lift kit removed and a proper kit re-installed. Called torque to repair the issue and never returned my three calls? What a joke of an operation.

I wanted a lift and a small build on my Jeep. Ben was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the beginning. He was always in communication with me and accommodating so I didn't have to lose time at work. He answered all of my questions and even recommend better parts than what I was originally going to go with. The shop itself is so clean! Ben reached out even after I got my Jeep back to make sure that everything was good and that I was happy with it. You can't ask for better customer service. You are absolutely treated like a person rather than a number.
