Went in on a busy Saturday to pick up a new prescription. Thought my co pay was $50. Mary noticed that they didnt have my insurance information and suggested that I go to "drop off" to update the information. Kira noticed that my card was expired and asked if I had the new one. She promptly updated it. Went back to check out and the balance due was zero ! I was then transferred to the pharmacist and she was even kinder and helpful !! Great team work at this location : )

A bit of back story: my two kids have coughs. I called the doctor as soon as my son started coughing a few days ago, asking if he should be tested. The nurse said just to monitor him for changes and/ or additional symptoms. Then my daughter caught it, but the cough was still the only symptom. So I brought my daughter to Walmart for her second dose of COVID vaccine. When I made the appointment online, I was prompted to answer whether she had any symptoms, so I checked off cough, and still got the appointment, so I figured it was fine. When we got there, though, the pharmacist asked if she had any symptoms. I said yes, she has a cough. The pharmacist made a face. “But she’s been tested for COVID, right?” “No,” I said, “the cough is her only symptom.” She made another face. I said, “Why, is it dangerous to give her the vaccine if she has COVID?” Instead of answering my question, she tersely replied, “Well we should know if she has COVID.” She went on to say that you didn’t have to have any other symptoms, that a cough is a COVID symptom. She recommended I test her and bring her back. While her suggestion was fine, I resented how it was delivered. The way she interacted with me, I felt judged.I was going to test my daughter in the car and bring her back into the pharmacy for the vaccine, but ultimately decided against it, as I wanted as accurate of a read on the test as possible. Mostly, though, I was really offended by this woman’s attitude toward me, as if I was a lousy parent. I take the best possible care of my children, am a good mother. I simply trusted the nurse I spoke to earlier this week, when I called the doctor. So, to make a long story short (too late), my synopsis? Don’t take your kids to Somersworth Walmart for the vaccine.

The pharmacist Christine is extremely kind and professional. I was having an issue with new medicine and thought I had a bad reaction, couldn’t talk with my doctor since it was closed, and they answered all of my questions and gave me very helpful advice for until I can get in contact with my doctor again.

How about opening up lanes so we don't have to pay these prices just to check out and bag our own groceries!!!

What kind of store doesn't collect carts!? Go inside and neither side had any carts! Don't you pay people to bring them in? The rain must mean they don't have to do their job! Glad my child and I could get soaked, because you don't hire anyone that will do their job! No carts, means no business from me.

The pharmacist and technicians are very unprofessional, rude, and biased that work on Friday. Never have I been treated so poorly at any pharmacy in my lifetime. It is my doctor who makes the decisions about my medication and twice now the pharmacist has made rude judge mental comments about what is being prescribed to me. Shame on her and her technicians that follow along.

If I could give the 0 stars I would!!!! Worst place EVER to get a script!!! 3 months in a row now my prescription has been called in to them and they are out of it.....BUT THEY NEVER CALL TO LET ME KNOW THEY ARE OUT!!!! So I talk to the manager today and I said I'll call the Newington Walmart to see if they have it and she tells me if they are out of it so is everyone else!!! Ya that was a lie!!! I called newington and they have plenty!!! So over this place they suck!
