I scraped up my car pretty bad, but Wayne and his team made it look like nothing happened. The price was far less than what I expected as well, and they were great at communicating through the process. Hopefully my car won’t be damaged again, but if it is, I’ll gladly call Wayne!

Made a call to get an estimate and the woman that answered was rude and clearly asked what MY DEAL IS?. She told me that she isn't taking any more work and she closes in Dec until may! Bullshit

I can't say enough good about Wayne's chalouxs custom world. They are incredibly helpful with dealing with insurance issues and the work they do is just outstanding!!!! Jacob is one of the, I’m sure many techs that work here but this man was so professional with his work. He ran into an issue on a Friday and came in on Saturday (his day off) to finish it, and bought the supplies to finish. He will be getting all my mechanical work from now on. SO IMPRESSED!! Nothing but respect.

When I was in an accident, I was not sure where to send my car. I was told Wayne did great work, so I opted to have my van towed there. This was the best decision I could have made. Molly was so great to work with, she was kind, understanding, and willing to answer any questions. Wayne and his crew fought the insurance company to make sure that my car is in the same condition as it was before the accident. I am so thankful that I took my car here. Wayne and Molly are the best.i brought my outer and inner fairing for my 2021 ultra Harley. Both had scraps on them.when I got them back they were better than factory. So if you want something done right this is the place to go.
