This is my first winter being supplied by them. The drivers I have no complaints about. They have all been quick when we need them, and very pleasant. I have spoke to a few women in the office as well to make payments and such and they have been very kind. However, like everyone we got behind on a few bills because it’s a tough world we are living in right now and we usually call and make the payment right away well I got nervous we might run out of oil & I have a baby they told me to make the payment and then they can deliver. Okay, that’s fine so I wait until literally this morning when my taxes hit my account & I have some money I call and make the payment and Charlie gets on the phone is super rude about “chasing me for money” and to “figure it out” when I get my next slip. I’ve never been spoke to like this from a company for making a payment especially in this day & age. Then I question because it looks like they didn’t fill it (it’s reading at 75 not 80 like it usually does after being filled) but being just filled up and charged and he gets on the phone and instead of being kind and explaining anything to me told me that I’m not getting screwed over, I’m fine & to let my tank run to E and then they can come and remove it… what kind of customer service is that?! That’s my complaint everything else is great and I do apologize for running behind on my bills but I think it’s safe to say a lot of us are so be kind. You never know what someone else is going through. That’s the picture of the tank reader today after they had left… that was the question I had….

Good company, this is our second winter with them and we're satisfied. Very dependable and everyone I've spoken to, including the delivery driver is very nice :)
