“If you live in Northwood, make this your garage. I've brought my car to Northwood Garage, who quoted me $430 for brake work, citing a frozen caliper needing repair. I told them I'd be back, drive to McMenamon's, who did great work for less than $200. That's not the only time. Don't be ripped off! Go to Dick. Any local will say the same.”

“Went there to look at a 2016 4runner. When I pulled up there was no one waiting outside to rush me. The wife and I were able to take our time and go in to talk to Steve when we were ready. Steve was very polite and walked us over to the car, turned the car on for us and let us walk around the car. We were able to take our time and the test drive was just the wife and I. We were able to test drive as long as we wanted. Usually the person drives with you and tells you were to drive, no here, the test drive was an honest drive. Was able to listen for anything out of the ordinary. The quality of the vehicle was really good. Steve did not force the finance company either. He went to get rates from 2 banks and I went to get rates from USAA. I was able to get a better rate and he was happy to use the rate I got. Steve was very respectful and helpful. He went above and beyond. I called back later and asked if there was a floor mat there that I was missing. He called me back 10 mins later stating he ordering me new ones. I would highly recommend route 4 motors.”

“Great Family owned professional company, what a jewel up in the lakes region, went above and beyond any expectations that i was told about by 2 previous transmission companies who wanted to sell me a new transmission, I was experiencing some shifting issues so i decided to go to Ace for one last estimate, boy, I'm sure glad i did, without any hesitation Steve drove it onto his lift, after hours on a Saturday and within no time, diagnosed the issue and saved my transmission from being prematurely replaced by scammers, for a very fair and reasonable price, now, i have a dependable, reliable, trustworthy mechanic, Thank you very much for the much needed piece of mind, customer for life.”

We thank them for that referral because our experience through the entire process of working with B&B, (particularly Ashley Buote, Dave Roy and Jake (on the front line), was a pleasure. I was so impressed with their level communication, their customer courtesy, their attention to detail, their quick follow up on responses over the phone, text and e-mails and their professionalism through the entire process. “Mike is the owner and he is the one I have directly spoken to regarding my frame repair that had significant rusts, holes and frame weakness on my Truck. I was quite hopeless to take this work to fabrication shops in MA. BUT Mike understood the daunting task I have asked him to do quite the custom repairs and he had nothing but CONFIDENCE in his work. Therefore, my truck and its frame repair/weld/replacement and custom threading on vent hoses on differential areas were done with precision! (which i thought no one could do), but Mike have successfully repaired it! Not only he repaired my vehicle but his transparency to pricing and work load for customers including myself was amazing and very hopeful! He is a one man army but his work is great and honest!
