My experience at Audi Stratham was first class. The online customer service contact answered few basic questions. When I sat down with salesman Kyle Wood, he was friendly, professional & helpful in every way. I came back the next day & purchased CPO 2023 Q5. I choose the right dealership, Kyle was very knowledgeable & explained every step thru buying process with no questions unanswered. We recommend them highly.

I wouldn't recommend using this dealership for service. They tried to fail my car for having legal tint, which is the same level as on an SQ8, and I've never had an issue with it at any other Audi dealership. Additionally, they forgot to provide my registration, so I had to make an extra trip back. The whole experience was unprofessional and frustrating, largely because the technician seemed inexperienced. Another customer lost!

I purchased an Audi at another dealership and was told by the dealership I purchased at that in order to unlock other features I had to go to a reputable Audi dealership! I am close to Stratham Audi and called them. I needed a spare key which they told me would be over $850, ridiculous! Then I wanted the navigation and car starter along with some other features activated through the app. I was told to go back to the dealer I purchased it through and have them do it but I had already asked them and they told me along with the Audi app telling me I had to go to an Audi dealership. I was given the run around! Not happy to say the least and will be notifying Daniel the CEO of Audi on Monday and will let him know of my displeasure of one of their dealerships blowing me off since I didn’t purchase through them!! I still purchased an Audi and should be treated with respect. I like the car but if this is how I am to be treated I will never purchase another one and will tell all my friends not to as well!

Chris, our salesman, was exceptional. He took the time to understand our needs, explain available options, and address all our concerns promptly and transparently. Chris worked with us to find a great deal within our budget. Overall, it was a fantastic buying experience.

I highly recommend shopping for your next car at Audi Stratham. I had a great experience working with Genesis on my recent car purchase. All the staff were very nice and made the car buying experience much less stressful than what I have delt with in the past.
