I came to these folks in the hopes to trade my recent purchase (that I bought elsewhere and was very unhappy with) without a huge loss. They helped me out big time in two ways: first, by offering me top value for my trade and minimizing my loss, and second, by getting me approved for a really low rate for the next purchase. I liked the friendly no-pressure experience. Nice folks and great professionals, and I highly recommend this dealership.

I bought a used vehicle from here initially going through Darius who was nothing but helpful, full of insight and really eased my mind about buying the vehicle. I soon moved on to Eric who helped me get the financing I needed. Eric was very friendly, calm and informative. I soon after had an issue with the vehicle totaling with a bill of 1300 dollars. because I bought the truck as is I was stuck with the bill. The team at autofair was super helpful in helping me cover the bill in full. When I talked to the general manager about the issue he was very considerate of my situation he was very quick to respond to me throughout the stressful time. It was a great buying experience all in all and they’ve truly put their customers first

Looked for weeks for the vehicle we wanted. Found it online at this dealership. We sent over the pre-approved financing and got the process started. We had everything set up to drive the 4 hours down (8-10 hour round trip) and purchase the vehicle. So we took off work early and started the drive. Two hours into the drive we got a call that they were selling the vehicle out from under us. They did not care one bit that we were coming to buy it or that they had wasted our time and money.

Jeremy was wonderful and helped us get our daughter's first car. He was patient while we wanted to know all the vehicle's history and even put it up on the lift so we could check it out. The whole team was great!

My new Rogue with 200 miles on it had a few issues, including a problem with the Google interaction, which unfortunately does not have a resolution yet. I am waiting for Nissan corporate to figure out how to fix it. I want to give a massive shout out to Brett in service, who is considerate, compassionate, listens, cares, and is just amazing.
This is a rating for service, not for sales and financing, which get a 1 rating. Sorry Neal it seems all you cared about was making a sale making a commission and you don't really care now one way or the other if my car is falling apart and how unhappy I really am with it. This has been the worst sales experience that I have had at dealership in a very long time.

Do not buy from these people. They tell you they can fix your car. You trust them with your vehicle for months. While I drove a rental. Costing me thousands. Finally told they can’t get the computer part so sorry your car is scrap metal now but btw you owe us $400 for a part we thought might fix it. And if you don’t pay it we’ll call the cops. Disgusting behavior from a multimillion dollar biz.

Mr Jeremy Cadmus assisted my wife and I, through our purchase from start to end. He was very open as to what we were looking for, as well as our budget. We knew what we were looking for before we got there, and didn’t try to upsell us or put us into something that we didn’t go there for. He is very quick to respond back to any emails or missed calls. I will definitely go there for my next vehicle.

I took my 2016 Nissan Murano in for a repair of the Cruise control in June. Everyone was very nice... I picked the vehicle up later in the day. The total for all repairs was $714, of which $275 was the Diagnostic and repair of the Cruise control. The following day I get a light in the dash indicating that the Cruise is not working! So I obviously bring it back. They gave me a loaner and I returned the following day, only to be told that the repair would now be an ADDITIONAL $2000!!! I declined and asked for my $275 back... They refused without a reason. This is a Black and White issue that anyone can understand. You diagnosed the problem incorrectly and DID NOT FIX IT!! HELLO??? I'm requesting a refund...and you say NO? REALLY? These people try and give the impression they are nice but when it comes to "doing the right thing", they're not!
