The service was great, everyone was kind and helpful. But my fly was accidentally down the whole time and NOBODY told me!! There I am with my young toddler daughter trying to keep her entertained while I get seen and boom nobody tells me the most embarrassing thing has happened. My wife still laughs at me for it.

Professional, caring, and friendly staff . I am particularly grateful because it was after closing time on a Friday night and we all would rather have been somewhere else.
