There needs to be more of these stores around,can not beat their prices or warranties on most all of their tools,and if u ask someone a question and they don't know the answer,they ask another employee until there is an answer found can not say enough good about Harbor Freight!!!!

The trailer jack I ordered delivered to the store was running late. I had to buy a different one at a higher price. When the jack finally came in, they cheerfully accepted a cancelation of the order.

The Stratham store almost always has everything in stock, and the staff is very helpful. Great store, prices, and products.... what more can you ask for!

This is my favorite Harbor Freight location of 5 that are nearby. The store is clean, well stocked/organized, and staff are helpful. The staff seem to take particular care to listen and identify how they can best assist.

I just received yet another email from harbor freight. It's subject is 'How would you rate us?'
This isn't the first email I've gotten from them. It's not the fifth. It's not the tenth - it's more. I'm not going to count, but rest assured; I am
getting spammed by harbor freights corporate department after giving them my email.
Lay off guys, like I'm laying off your stores after today. Not because your tools break right away - Im fine with that for some reason.
But because you spam my email. I work an on-call job and I get emails with notifications. You guys are dinging me way too often.

Based on my experiences, I would not go again. I did an “presale order”. I have been told when the shop received my order they will call or email me. Nobody neither called nor I received an email. After 3 weeks later, I have been told that “ you returned the item and received a gift card” it was so difficult to convince them that I did not!
