Emily especially was super. She was patient when I asked questions while she measured boxes and packed all my stuff.

I have had the pleasure of working with him on multiple occasions, whether it be just picking something up or setting up a complex print - he is always super helpful and upbeat. Most recently I had an issue with an order that I placed online for express pick-up and it was incorrect (due to an issue on the website). Matt ensured me that he would have it fixed and ready for pick-up before the store closed and sure enough he did.”

“I had to get some flyers printed last minute and took it over to this store. The employees were extremely helpful and the manager came over to ask if it was possible for me to email him the original so that they would come out cleaner. I paid for the printing then went back home and emailed him the original. It was done and folded for me. But the nicest part was when he told me that the girl incorrectly charged me less than the amount should have been - however, he was going to honor the amount she charged me. I was surprised and pleased of course!
They were busy but efficient in dealing with the customers so that there wasn’t a long wait.”
