Great workout that includes cardio and strength training. Instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and fun!! Great place to workout and make new friends.

I so miss my Jazzercise classes when I travel to MA for extended visits and was elated to find the Stratham Studio. Ginny made me feel so welcome as did all the other class members. So grateful to be able to attend her classes, for mind and body. Bonnie
