Went in for the Black Friday specials and was not disappointed. I love this store because the layout is spacious, and the choices are numerous. The women who work there are just wonderful. One of my must-go places when we're in the area.

What happened to my beautiful Talbots! I’ve been shopping at Talbots since I was 20 years old. I was excited to visit the Stratham NH store to buy a few new pieces of clothing. I entered the store to a sunny inviting display and then went to the women’s department to look at items in my size… I felt so disappointed and shocked that management could be so insensitive to women. Women of all sizes. Women who embrace fashion. Please, Talbots, let’s get with the time and hire management that understands how to encourage women to shine and feel confident with who they are. Women deserve this.

Horrible customer service. Judgemental to those who don't fit the "standard" and not at all helpful or engaging. Not worth the time or money. Overly expensive, too. Don't bother buying gifts here. The return policy is strict and doesn't accept any returns easily.

Jamie is fabulous! She goes out of her way to help you and caters to your every need from matching and sizing and helpful ideas. She is positive and energetic. She is everything one would want for a salesperson. Jamie if you are not a manager you have the qualities to be a successful one!
