The service manager asked me where i was going and communicated withe me about the nearest ryder truck if needed which never happens at my usual ryder branch. “Jim made our transfer to a bigger storage unit simple and easy! We are very happy with the whole process! Quick and easy to close out the old unit and sign up for the new one! We get a whole day to transfer our items over which is perfect! Also our payment is less then what we are paying now for the first three months because we are paying the introductory payment for the new unit. Then it will be a little bit more then what we are used to paying for our smaller unit every month. We received great service and great savings.
