My husband and I met with John today. He seems very knowledgeable. John was also very pleasant. I will give him a 4 star rating today and will follow up with new ratings as my pool comes together. I feel confident based on John’s knowledgeable and experience we will have one awesome pool!! Thank you John for answering so many questions we had. I am so excited to see your work come alive in my yard come spring.

Called for an estimate a few weeks ago - price was fair, no pushy sales. John came out to do some maintenance on my older Jacuzzi, she's back up and running, water's clear, motor's purring. Really thankful to have a great hot tub guy in the area, finally! Thank you John and Patti.

That Lucy cat sounds like my out of state clients who never pay on time and want it all for free. Send her down the road and her big SUV. PS tell her to take that Bette with her.. Sorry you have had a few Bad Apples.. I have used John for Years on all my clients on Lake Sunapee and the service has always bee on time and extra help was provided to my clients by Mr. Johnson. I find in most cases when someone complains it is about paying a Bill. I fire my clients when they act up. They need me I do not need them.. Yes Kevin Henderson CEO of First New England Real Estate Said this.. I speak from the Heart, you either love me or hate me and I could care less.

John has helped me to rehabilitate and maintain an older spa that came with a house I bought. He's gone out of his way on several occasions to be helpful and find ways to save me money when other companies couldn't be bothered to return my call. I won't buy a spa from anyone else in NH.

John was super helpful on the phone and his crew came to our house the next day. They fixed up my hot tub good as new. And the prices for replacement parts were very reasonable, less than I see on most websites. I plan to keep using their services. And I can easily pay online.

Patty is actually very nice and helpful. However, John is very rude and disrespectful. I can't believe he's still in business. After a rocky start with our spa installation, I gave the business another chance. However, After receiving an email that said simply “Are you going to pay thisâ€, I will never give them another penny! I have always paid all invoices!! Invoices apparently only come via email and I never requested electronic only as my permanent residence is not NH. My emails from him were found in my junk mail that I have not cleaned out all summer until today! I was busy living my life! He could have sent me an invoice via mail OR called me asking if I received the invoice. However, every interaction with him is not pleasant! I would prefer to use other companies! He is not the only game in town people. Keep searching!!!

On April 14, 2014 I bought a pool filter on the recommendation of a long time customer from All Seasons Pools and Spas on Rt. 11 in Sunapee NH. This is my first year in having to work on replacing pool parts since my husband passed away. I contacted All Season's and placed my order, and my friend went to pick up the filter. When my friend was picking up my order, the sales representative on the floor mentioned that he believed the sand that and the pump was included with the filter since he reviewed my I ordered a filter kit. After the pump was installed, the owner of All Seasons, John, contacted me and accused me of being dishonest and knowing that I only ordered an water filter from his store. He further accused my family friend, a long –time customer of dishonesty in spite of his sales representative making a mistake. I asked him to come and retrieve the pump and all parts if this wasn't what I had paid for. However, John continued to assert that I was dishonest because I only wanted a water filter and not the pump. I would have readily remedied this situation without regard to cost for his company in an amicable manner. However, John is clearly belligerent, has poor customer service skills, and cannot manage his relationship with his staff or the general public. I would highly suggest finding a different company with knowledgeable sales staff and an owner that is willing to acknowledge mistakes. John's actions, and not the error of his employee has cost him two customers, and I would never recommend his business to anyone in the future if they want to be treated with any type of respect or dignity.
