Ugh. Lake Sunapee Bank gets gobbled up and these guys simply do not get it. I've tried. I've contacted a friend who works there. Talked to the district manager. Then I get an apology note from the branch manager with a scribbled name (not legible) and no business card. Sad. Sad.
