He explained to me the rationale for why my rental rate had doubled after 3 months since starting the rental. Still seems outrageous but I like the space and service so it’s worth it. If the rental rate continues to increase I would reconsider

“I've had a locker here for a year - it is clean and dry and easy to access (park right alongside it). They provide pallets to keep belongings off the concrete floor to prevent condensation in warm weather. And they are friendly folks!”
