“I appreciate that you squeezed us in but it would have been nice to know in advance that if it was a tooth issue that you wouldn’t be able to help us. A $79 office visit for a 5 minute visit and a prescription seems a little much to me. Especially since we incurred another office visit for another vet.”

“From my first call with Kevin, to my discharge with Andrea, everyone was kind and thoughtful in their behavior with my dog, Grace. Dr. Cory B. is thorough obviously very skilled in dealing with apprehensive animals in pain. Her gentle expertise was exactly what we needed; both Grace and I were anxious. Will's smile was reassuring as he and Andrea moved my dog in for the procedure. Everyone worked together to provide empathetic, efficient care. Dr. Cory B. called the following day to check on Grace. I appreciated this effort and her reassurance. From start to finish, this was the best veterinary experience I've ever had. Thank you all for the fine care you provided for my dog, Grace! Sincerely, Lisa Mcmanys”
