“KG has always done a great job with major upgrades to my truck. Quality work while meeting my expectations but my most recent visit deserves mention. I had my truck NHOU and while it was there, my serpentine belt slipped off and cause an error message and basically a low voltage situation to wear my truck was inoperative. No one's fault, just a fluke thing. Not only did they call me to notify me, they also properly diagnosed and repaired it AT NO COST. I received a complimentary wash and wax so not only is my truck prepped for harsh New England winter, it is in better shape than when I dropped it off.
