I needed a tow across town and was stranded. They arrived promptly. The driver was friendly and helped me get it where it needed to go! It honestly took about 15 mins for the whole process. Price was reasonable. Thank you!!

I have used Emerson's for the majority of my service and repairs on my vehicles over the past 4 years. They are outstanding in customer service and vehicle repairs. If it isn't needed they are not going to do it and charge you.Services: Car lockouts

Good service here. They found some tools I left in the wheel well of my truck, probably rusted when they found them. They sand blasted them and left them on my console to find later. 5 stars.

Called to have a classic car I bought in Mass towed back up to NH. I needed it towed two days later and at a specific time, they said they could do it and gave me a reasonable quote. On the day requested, the driver showed up on time, was very nice and got everything done with no issues. They stuck to the price they quoted too. I would use them again and I would recommend them.Services: Long distance hauling

Emerson’s was super helpful! From the moment we called to see if they could help us move our ice shanty to the time it was delivered! Everyone was very pleasant and it was very affordable! Would definitely recommend and if needed would absolutely use them again! Thanks everyone at Emerson’s!

Service was good just don't know why was almost hundred bucks for a tow.... Anything with cars someone overcharges you. Next time maybe they can kick me too. Pretty much felt that way. Rip off

My friend had gotten into an accident and was dealing with emt, police, talking with them about injuries and what had happened. The police had called them to handle the tow. My friend was unaware as to why they had pulled off because he had wanted his vehicle taken down the street to his local garage to get fixed. Instead they had rushed off to bring it to their shop. Where they could charge a longer tow fee and start and sit fee. I'm giving them 2 stars, because at the minimum, none of his personal effects where taken from the vehicle. At the end of the day, it was just shady to not drop it down the street from where it had happened and to his mechanic. After having seen this first hand, I would NOT recommended this company for a personal tow.

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I rented out an AIRBNB and brought my car. I went to get groceries and I got stuck on my way back home up my driveway which was very steep. I called Emerson’s and they had John come out in less than 30mins! That’s amazing customer service. I will highly recommend this business. John was such a nice and humble guy. He loves what he does.
