Spent time driving to the dealership so they could look at my trade in because I had a signed purchase and sale agreement for a 2023 Toyota 4Runner. Dealership canceled the contract stating the package was shown but not in the price. That same vehicle is on their website days later for that same price. I feel like I was trying to be taken advantage of because why else would it still be posted but can’t be purchased. Great experience for my driving age daughter to learn how to protect herself.

Fenton Family Toyota of Keene uses bait and switch to get you in the door. They advertise a car and take a deposit but try and supply you a vehicle without the features and options. Signed contract means nothing to the sales manger and they are morally bankrupt. Bait vehicle is still posted 5 days later.

Repeatedly requested to apply for financing remotely to make sure it would be worth my time to travel a distance to purchase a vehicle, and received no help. Highly recommend one of many other local dealers that’ll provide good customer service without solely just trying to get you in the door.

I am 70, and have purchased a number of vehicles. Fenton family dealerships are the best. Have purchased three vehicles here. Recently bought a Hyundai Kona. Excellent buying experience. No pressure, and Zack and Joe arranged for there to be vehicles across their dealerships for a test drive, at one site. A week ago, my wife had an issue with the Kona coming home from Connecticut. Service manager stayed late to run a diagnosis. Turns out to have been dirt in the gas she purchased in CT. But, the fact they stayed late to help her out, says much. Highly recommend.

They try and portray themselves as being one of the "good guys", but in reality, they are no different than all the other sleazy dealers out there. They're not the worst, but far from the best.

Great service, all the staff are friendly and helpful. My last service thy told me would take 1hr. My truck was ready in 1hr and 5 minutes. I've been too other dealerships and thy tell you your car will be ready in an hour and two hours later your still waiting.

Avoid at ALL cost. Sales manager promised us a decent cash value for our car and then tried bait-and-switch for 20% less than discussed on the phone. Waste of a drive. Carvana offered us full value and no driving out to sleezy dealerships! Hope it helps someone out.
