We recently had several windows and a couple of doors replaced by Milwork Masters. We were very impressed with the installation crew as well as the quality of Marvin windows. The company was sensitive to our scheduling requirements and the work was done earlier than we thought. The installation crew was very professional, courteous and thorough. They paid attention to detail and made sure that the work was finished in one day. They answered our questions and also asked us questions to make sure that the installation went according to our wishes. We would recommend them highly.

The salesman was knowledgeable and prompt. The office staff were friendly and helpful with scheduling the job. The installers did a fine job. It was an excellent experience from start to finish.

We recently had 27 windows replaced on our two-story home. I wanted to commend the crew for this project: Eddie, Isaiah, Jim. Eddie and his crew were friendly, and always took the time to answer my questions during the project. They set up to isolate the work areas in the morning, and they cleaned up every day and never left a mess. The finish carpentry inside the house is neat and exactly as we wanted it. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and response. Our seven bedroom windows were installed in one day and while the initial install was good the work needed some attention on re-calking. After a positive follow up call a refinishing team was on site within 24 hours, fixed the concerns, and the attention to detail and quality was superior. We are very happy with the outcome. Start to finish Mill Works were total professionals in every stage of the project.

Update: It's now been *eleven* months and they still haven't replied to my email, or the one I sent to their responder below.Started this process six and a half weeks ago with no progress at all beyond words. Went there, took down a series of notes on what we wanted, hopeful to move to the next steps. They sent a handyman who promptly didn't show up to the consultation appointment for one of the doors and then never responded again.Called them multiple times, they just keep giving me the runaround and saying they'll call contractors for me - who don't call me at all and I never see progress. I really just don't understand how I'm ever supposed to reach the promised land of actual doors installed in my house at this rate.I don't understand how they ever make money - maybe I should've asked for more expensive products, and then they'd be more responsive?Edit: In retrospect, this is likely the issue - I just want basic doors and I'm not asking for cathedral window panes or something so I'd wager I'm just not a commission worth working on and they want wealthier clientele. I really wish they'd just say they don't have services for me if they don't like my price point, rather than wasting my time and trying to scrape me off and make me give up I guess?This whole process has been maddeningly frustrating and I'm really sad I ever contacted them at all. It just tied up a Saturday of my time and weeks of trying to reach them/handyman and beg them to keep the work moving.
