On a whim I thought I might like to upgrade my vehicle to something newer. I found a used Behicle on their website. The salesman (Taylor) and the sales manager were both fantastic. They listened, understood and offered suggestions. While the vehicle wasn't quite the "it" I was looking for numbers didn't work out at this time, I will certainly keep monitoring their site and will not hesitate to go back there.

Not only does Nissan of Keene have the absolute best prices, these guys were completely open, honest, patient, and respectful through the whole leasing process. Not your typical dealership of high pressure back and forth closed door negotiations that's for sure! I am in â¤ï¸ with my Pathfinder! Thank you!!

I just purchased my second Titan from Nissan of Keene. I truly cannot express my gratitude for the team at NOK. As always, I received above and beyond customer service, the transaction was extremely quick and painless, and the truck is incredible. There is no question that this dealership is simply ahead of its time, far more advanced then its competitors. I also have to give credit to the service department, as the service director (Sean) took time out of his busy day to talk and educate me about the diesel motor. Chris, the sales manager, leads an incredible team that you just don't find elsewhere. I've purchased about 10 new vehicles from dealerships in my life, Nissan of Keene blows every other dealership out of the water and that is an understatement. Thank you again NOK!

Doug C. Buyer beware. I had a lease from Nissan of Keene for a 2017 Rouge. I liked the car and decided to buy it before the lease expired. I found out that you have to go through the dealer for the buy out. Nissan finance had a $300.00 fee for the buy out which I was okay with. On top of that, the dealer had a fee of $699.00, with a $25.00 processing fee for the title paper work. This is what I was not happy with. This is the reason why I am writing this review to make people aware of this outrageous charge. If I knew about this beforehand, I would have negotiated a better deal or gone somewhere else for a car.

I bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue a couple of weeks ago. The sales staff at Nissan of Keene were fantastic. It was the best car buying experience I've had. I told RJ what I was looking for and he did not try to sell me a more expensive car. He knew what my budget was and kept to it. I highly recommend Nissan of Keene!

Our sales experience was generally positive. The service work on the vehicle was initially satisfactory but took a turn for the worse when the vehicle was brought in for service at approximately 36,000 miles. The service department presented me with three options, a poverty-level service that was effectively an oil change, a strangely expensive "Nissan Preferred" service which did include a number of items, and a "Nissan of Keene" service that offered slightly more than an oil change at a grossly inflated price. The service staff was unable to provide an answer for what was required for service based on the mileage of the vehicle. I do not skimp on service. My vehicles receive the manufacturer's recommended service according to mileage. I felt as though the dealership was doing their best to confuse the issue to take advantage of the customer. I cancelled my service appointment, left and went to another Nissan dealership that was able to answer basic questions regarding necessary service. The service "options" were not explained when the appointment was made, but instead were provided when the vehicle was dropped off, pressing the customer to make a fast decision. I worry that many customers would simply opt for the more expensive service because they felt it was the correct thing to do, not conferring with Nissan or another dealer to be certain they were doing what was required. I question this dealership's integrity and would encourage customers to go elsewhere for service, or at the very least verify every "recommended" service item. What is sad about this episode is that I was very happy with this dealership up to this point. I noticed that the manager had changed, perhaps this caused the dealership to switch to a plaid pants and white shoes-style of doing business, where dishonesty and high pressure tactics are the norm?

I have to share my experience so everyone who checks reviews knows exactly how exceptional this dealership is and how it is made exception by the people who work there! I purchased a 2009 Murano that didn't have all the bells and whistles I was looking for but my understanding was that it had the one "must have" that I was looking for. I discovered after getting it home that the one feature I could not live without was in fact not available on this Murano. I emailed with the salesman who was absolutely wonderful then had an opportunity to deal with Tony Percoco. After one week of trying to fall in love with this car I was so very unhappy. Tony told me to bring the Murano back for a full refund. When I brought the Murano back a check was waiting for me. Where else can you find a dealership that truly puts the happiness of it's customers above their bottom line? An exceptional company! I eventually found the Murano that I love but I will be going back to Nissan of Keene to purchase a brand new vehicle in the future. Any company that can turn what could have been a horrible experience into an exceptional experience is rare and so appreciated. This dealership is the best!
