I went in for a service oil change, and found out that my car needed back brake pads and some sort of important screw near the back wheels. I had no idea and the staff was very friendly and informative the whole time while I was asking him questions

We purchased our new Rogue on Aug. 7th . The experience was smooth from start to finish. Abby was great!We are having a problem with a loud noise when turning and backing up. We called the service department and they will try to reproduce the sound this week but unfortunately cannot do any work on it for another 12 days. This is disappointing.

Connor Clinkscale, while still comparatively new at his sales job, was excellent. He showed a balance of candor, product knowledge, buyer psychology, honesty, excellent communications, and more. He is a very good salesperson, and I hope that those in charge recognize what they have in him.

I was someone who adamantly refused to get work done on my vehicle at a dealership, but this service center is amazing. They don’t Jack up prices, to the contrary they helped me save money. They are friendly, understanding and quick to respond. I will always take my Murano to them! Exceptional customer service from the manager to the technician!

The people in the service department are amazing. Nicholas Owen in particular. Always helpful, always kind. Knows me by name even when I run in to him at market basket. I took my car in for an oil change yesterday. I had a horrible day. I sat down with Nicholas and told him my android auto kept disconnecting from my car. He asked for me phone and did something with the app. He asked how I was and I ended up crying because I have a lot on my plate. He then asked if he could give me a hug! A girl working there gave me tissues and a bottle of water. When my car was ready Nicholas sat in it with me pairing my android auto and after I said I had to go in and pay and he said it is all set. You needed a win today and this it's it. Talk about above and beyond. He is an amazing person and employee! I love Nisaan of Keene. The employees are awesome. Not 1 bad experience. Above and beyond Nicholas!

Nothing but the best, easiest and continent experience I have ever had with service for my vehicle. From the appointment set up to the customer service, the technician explaining in a video sent to my email what he was seeing and recommending I have done immediately and the things that should get done soon, to the service staff. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of and even the cost of parts and service felt good. I've already told so many people about my experience and appreciation for Nissan of Keene!

I just got back from Nissan. Needed a sticker and oil change. And I had other issues. The service is excellent. My technician Dan did a wonderful job. And my service advisor Nick is thorough explaining and showing me videos on my phone all the issues. Thank you to everyone I came in contact with today in the service office. Your personalities compliment your jobs. Oh, and I can’t forget to thank whoever washed my car. I almost didn’t recognize it when I went into the parking lot. My car smiled with cleanness. They were very friendly and very helpful and almost make you feel like friends. They made purchasing a vehicle very easy and helped make the process so much easier. They helped us to get to a monthly payment that was doable for us. They weren’t phased by my 3 year old talking non stop and playing and walking around. All around fantastic experience! I love my new car!

They ran into problems they didn’t expect and knowing because of a son with medical issues, they PAID for a rental for me until they could get the job done. These people are wonderful to deal with, from the ones that answer the phone right thru the whole service department. If I get to buy another vehicle, it will definitely will be a Nissan and definitely from Nissan of Keene, Inc. they go above and beyond. Keep up the great work and super PR. Shirley
