My husband Keith has bought dozens of vehicles, both personal and business. This is our eight new Toyota, and we were extremely happy with our salesman Jason Boudreau. Jason and his whole team were extremely professional, very helpful, and worked everything that could be done to facilitate our purchase. My husband is very experienced with vehicles, in fact he sold new Toyotas for a while. If we need another vehicle, we will contact Jason, and buy at Toyota of Keene.

Outstanding from start to finish! When we began of search for a new car, we reached out to a few dealerships in New England, 2 others relentlessly hounded us to the point we had to block them! Endless calls, texts, and emails. Salespeople tried to sell us what they had, not what we wanted. Toyota of Keene did none of that! We were able to get exactly what we wanted for a vehicle (Highlander Hybrid Platinum,) the trade in, and the terms. Could not be happier!

I wanted to convey the excellent experience I had purchasing a vehicle at Toyota of Keene. From the start the process was great here is the list I complied to validate my experience1. Website was very user friendly and easy to maneuver.2. Chat help was great and guided me through the selection process.3. The dealership itself was clean and friendly.4. The salesperson was easy to work with and very professional.5. Financing was quick and easy.6. Pickup was fast and seamless.7. Car was in outstanding shape and ready to go.I want to point out specifically my salesperson Cantrell “CJ” Johansen. He is doing an excellent job despite a challenge with the application accepting my information he stuck to it and got the job done. He was both friendly and professional and had exceptional knowledge of both the process and Toyota vehicles and accessories.I also wanted to point out how Amanda (not sure of her last name) made the financing easy and the contracts I needed to sign understandable. She also was knowledgeable about the process and explained it clearly and concisely.Both CJ and Amanda answered any questions I had and made me feel comfortable through entire process.I also had a question about the auto-start and a service writer jumped right up and came outside with me and gave me a quick lesson on how to use it correctly.I worked in the Auto Glass field for 20 years and did work at many dealerships in both Mass and New Hampshire, so I have seen good service and bad serve and know the difference intimately.That being said I would definitely recommend Toyota of Keene to friends and family.Regards,Thomas J Murphy

You evaluated my trade in value, considered what I could comfortably afford, and located the vehicle in your lot! I even had a choice of colors! In just a few hours we were able to drive it home.We love our Rav4 Hybrid Woodland edition. It is a pleasure to drive. And to deal with such a knowledgeable and efficient dealership!!!

We arranged for our Volvo with a broken timing belt (purchased elsewhere) to be towed two hours to this Volvo/Toyota dealership. Upon their assessment for repair costs we were presented with options from Sean for (1) X amount of money towards a trade-in or (2) that they would purchase our vehicle for an amount less than that. I drove two hours that same day to look at two cars advertised as available on their website, in mind of going for their trade in offer. Though it was mid-week and no one seemed busy, Cantrell acted quite put upon to do this because the cars were at other locations (part of their “group” and advertised on their website.) I would have been happy to drive directly to the Honda/ Subaru dealerships myself upon learning this but then they would not honor the trade in discount. Once he eventually took me to look at one of the cars (he said the other was sold?) it reeked of cigarette smoke (surprised they would advertise it without cleaning.) After that, I met w/Sean about buying our car and he said, “we don’t want your car” which contradicted what we were told on the phone before my trip there. So I left.When my husband called the next week (no calls in the meantime from Cantrell about other cars for sale -meanwhile I had other dealers calling me daily really working to find me something and one made a sale) to discuss the previous offer of buying, Sean said, “I didn’t tell you that-my manger told me to tell you that!” and he hung up on my husband.We eventually heard back from Matt who was pleasant enough about picking up a check for their purchase of our vehicle. When I went in to get the check, I had to wait. I saw many attentive sales people with customers-and Cantrell with no one, just cutting up with coworkers. He did not acknowledge that he remembered me. Maybe he didn’t see me but hmmmm.All in all, the communication was terrible, Cantrell and Sean were rude, and they certainly did not work to win me over as a customer.(But-if you go to Subaru of Rutland you will have an experience that is above and beyond friendly and helpful!)

I bought a new hybrid Rav 4 at the end of last year and had a great experience with everyone who helped me with the purchase and details when the SUV arrived. The service appointments for routine maintenance were equally good and the staff were friendly and professional. Unfortunately my radio computer console completely died after 6 months of driving it and I had no radio, Bluetooth, navigation or usb charging! The part was under warranty but took exceptionally long to come in so Toyota of Keene made sure I had an acceptable rental free of charge and went above and beyond to make this difficult situation right. Honestly, a dealership that truly stands behind its product with excellent service is not only worth 5 stars but its weight in gold.

Toyota of Keene advertised most beautiful Camry XSE V6. We made an appointment, we ran late, drove 68 miles each way and glad we did. Spotted the car in the lot and discreetly checked it out when Joel Robinson, Sales and Leasing Consultant, amiably walked up and introduced himself. A stroke of good fortune.Best car experience ever, so much fun, good factual info down to the nuts and bolts, gear ratios and cool features, great laughs, fabulous test drive, comfortable discussions and negotiations.It was a good buy, a good day, feels like a win-win and I'm looking forward to making the 68 mi trek back so I can make the 68 mi return in the prettiest, sexiest Camry ever!Thanks Joel!

Total clown show. Salesman was annoyed bc we didn't want him to run our credit before test driving a car. Took us to a used car with ~100k miles (we said we were interested in new or certified preowned). Denied they had any preowned of the car we wanted until we pointed out two on the lot to him. Then he told us they charge $3000 "out of state tax" (not a real tax). My wife thought he was joking which made him mad, then when I said he was trying to gouge us he got even madder.Save yourself the trouble and if you want a Toyota go to Nashua or literally anywhere else. Else there is a great VW dealer down the road (we went straight there after this place and bought something).

I've made three purchases at Toyota of Keene over the past few years and in each instance we had a smooth transaction and were helped by friendly sales staff and managers. We also have all of our servicing done here and always have a great experience. Our most recent purchase was a 2023 Highlander and we couldn't be more thrilled with our decision. We will continue to recommend this location.

I had a good experience buying a used car from Toyota of Keene. They were friendly, fair and responsive. I had one very minor issue after the sale that requires a small part to be mailed to me, and my salesperson (Kyle C.) earnestly stayed on top of the issue until I got what I needed. I live in Massachusetts so it was slightly inconvenient to have to visit the dealer twice (first time to buy, second time to pick up the car after registration), rather than being able to to do it all on one trip, but that was all my choice and they made it as easy as possible.
