Amazing overall work on my car. Fixed it perfectly well.A few things were missed in the paid diagnostic though which was disappointing and i now have to fix it myself.Communication can be improved a lot more, takes forever to get in touch with the service advisor, does not respond promptly over emails either.A few imperfections in the service work as attached in the pictures

I have been to the dealership three times for a soft ware update. each time I left I was assured it was all set this time. Well no it is not all set. I have left three messages, two for Scott and one for his supervisor Chris. it has been weeks, and still no call back. Unbelievable. How can you treat a customer like this. so happy I did not buy my car from this place. Certainly never will in the future.

We have had a HORRIFIC experience with your service dept. We dropped off my XC-60 to have a diagnosis that Trevor said should take ONE hour. After hour, Adam and Andy came to tell me they needed a few hours at least to run diagnostics on it to determine if the problem was engine oil cooler. We agreed to let your service dept do diagnostics and Adam said may need a few days or week as you have ONE technician.Really??? One tech? After not hearing from anyone after a week, I

i was interested in a used vehicle online so I asked to have a prepurchase inspection. I worked with a local mechanic to set up a last minute inspection. Then I was told this from the dealers online sales coord:"As stated our policy to take a vehicle to another mechanic for an inspection is to have an agreement in place to purchase the vehicle pending the positive outcome of the inspection. Our price on this XX is as discussed at $XXXXX plus our documentation fee of $372 for a total of $XXXXX. This price does not include any of your shipping costs or local state taxes/fees or registration cost.The $500 deposit commits you to moving forward with purchasing this XX pending a positive outcome of the inspection. It is fully refundable if any issues are found and you choose not to proceed."I have looked at several vehicles and have had them inspected and never been asked for a deposit or to sign some agreement beforehand. I am a cash buyer and actually would have taken this vehicle on my approval of inspection results. I cant agree on a price or purchase sight unseen before an inspection though.

I am not sure why there are so many poor reviews of this dealership since my husband and I had nothing but a good experience. My husband was in the market for a pick-up truck. He has a car he loves but he missed having a pick-up too. One reason is he has a boat that needs to be towed and having a pick-up is preferable for doing that job. As well, in the town where we live, there is no town garbage collection. Folks take their trash to the town dump. A pick-up is ideal for this too. My husband although wanting a new Toyota Tacoma truck was very specific that he wanted a white one with a 6-foot bed and a manual transmission among a few other options. We couldn't find this exact truck in Massachusetts where we live but Toyota of Keene in NH had one. So off we went to Keene which is about 2 hours north of us. We worked with salesman Mitch P. who was wonderful! He was friendly, kind, knowledgeable, upfront and very transparent about pricing. We felt like we got a good deal. During the time we were there, I overheard snippets of conversations that other salespeople were having with customers. Everyone seemed unfailingly polite, calm, not aggressive and helpful. Everything was pretty straight-forward and pleasant with our experience. My husband returns tomorrow to pick up the truck. We would recommend this dealership and certainly highly recommend working with Mitch P.

I bought a car from this dealer knowing that the audio system's head unit was not working. What they didn't tell me, of course, was that not only was the CD player defective, but the speakers in the doors and kick panels had rotted and were in need of replacement. Never shopping here again. There's no warranty, so of course there's nothing they will do.
