“We usually stay within the outlets, but my husband was planning a last-minute quick weekend trip for us.While he couldn’t find a room where we usually stay we are so glad it panned out that Merrill Farm Inn had availability.This place is so quaint, we kept saying we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie.Gary was a pleasure to work with, and may I add his cookies during cookie time are out of this world.We were able to check in a bit early, we were given clear directions to our room and honestly felt just as cozy as if we were home.We grabbed a cookie and headed to shops and dinner, we slept great and decided to try the included breakfast in the morning.While we love our Flatbread visits, after trying the breakfast we will be trying dinner during our next longer visit no questions asked,Andrew took great care of us during breakfast, we truly didn’t want to leave.The pancakes were phenomenal, the fireplace and views from the deck just as good.After years of visiting and staying at the same hotel, we’ve accidentally yet finally found our homebase.Can’t wait to stay with you again!Rooms: The rooms are dated but that's what it makes it a true NH gem!Nearby activities: You're maybe a mere 10 minute drive away from everything.Safety: We felt very safe in our room and on property.Food & drinks: The breakfast was to die for and the cookies during cookie time will keep us coming back.”

“I had set my expectations low, but was pleasantly surprised. Check in and out are a breeze, staff is super polite and welcoming. It was super clean ( more than I expected as my standards on cleanliness are pretty high) and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Continental breakfast was a plus. I thought the price was a bit high, but it's a central location in the mountains in August, so I get it. Would surely stay here again.”
