“WOW!! What an experience. We stayed in the haunted castle and WOW!! This place is like its own theme park. The amenities are limitless and if they don’t have it, the AMAZING staff will find it! The staff stop at nothing to ensure you have an amazing experience!! The property is clean and welcoming. It felt like home. Horse shoe pit, corn hole boards, community grill for cooking, hammocks, fire pit, Adirondack chairs and more! On site pub and restaurant as well as a gift shop. This is an experience like no other anywhere! The haunted castle is a computerized nightmare with unexpected surprises around each corner. Not cheap tacky set up but movie grade technology. You have the option to turn off the effects if you do choose. It can keep you awake for sure! Each room is an immersive experience that you can not appreciate until you walk in. Did I mention the staff?? AMAZING! We will 100% be back and trust me, you MUST go too! You will not regret it!”

“Sept 2022- my family, friends, and I stayed at the Cabernet Inn for our wedding and found it to be spacious, cozy, and a great place overall to stay. Scott was accommodating to our group and we had no issues with check in/check out. There are strict rules and cleaning procedures in place, but they weren't too much of an issue for us to follow. Great location, plenty of parking, and the fields behind the inn have a great view of Cathedral Ledge. Warning: there are gun shots and hunters back there during hunting season!”
“The highlight of my vacation to New Hampshire was staying here at this inn. The views were phenomenal, there were beautiful hikes just down the hill, and the hosts served what could possibly the best pancake I have ever eaten. I will recommend.”

“A beautiful old building with it's main areas remodeled, this place is cozy and in definitely appreciated by it's guests. With 17 rooms, each space is unique. This building still has all the charm and character of it's 1773 timeframe, while being updated to modern convenience. It's very obvious money is being put into restoring the place. I found both the occupants, the building manager and the space beautiful, charming and worth visiting long term.For location, you are close enough to the center of town for all the fun you like, while far enough back to not have the noise. And the ski runs are mere minutes away.The best part of the whole place is the little things that point out the character, from the old mailboxes behind check in, to the old record player to the life edge bar in the dining room...and the list continues.Tim, thanks for showing me the place and Room 11 today! Oltin, I love what you are doing with this old place!!!”

“The pool was under maintaince, but after sitting in the hot tub ,it was refreshing for a quick dip, then back to the hot tub, friendly service, coffee need improvement overall enjoyed my stay.”

“Only hot water comes out of bathroom faucet. Toilets are very low. They are still renovating some parts, but we stayed in a completed room. Wardrobe door had huge chunks missing from the bottom that I assume broke off during assembly. Linen and towels very starchy. Beds were hard.”

“We were lucky to have gotten a reservation for a King Suite. The extra room was a nice change and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet, very clean and the price was reasonable. We appreciated that the management had posted a notice that there was no gathering of groups in the hallways or stairways during the night. The breakfast was good and hotel was very clean. The elevator was appreciated and the grounds around the hotel were nicely kept.
The only draw back was that the bathroom in the suite was very small & could not easily accomodate 2 persons easily at one time.
We would definitely stay here again!”
