“What a cozy, extremely clean room in walking distance to the heart of North Conway. We were there a week or 2 before Christmas and they had movie night for kids, snacks and letters for Santa. It was beautifully decorated! And what a great pool. “So glad we found this place. Tonight was our first night here. Service and food was superb. We got the charcuterie app and the cod special for dinner. Cant wait to come back when all the renovations are done. Service has been wonderful.”

“Sept 2022- my family, friends, and I stayed at the Cabernet Inn for our wedding and found it to be spacious, cozy, and a great place overall to stay. Scott was accommodating to our group and we had no issues with check in/check out. There are strict rules and cleaning procedures in place, but they weren't too much of an issue for us to follow. Great location, plenty of parking, and the fields behind the inn have a great view of Cathedral Ledge. Warning: there are gun shots and hunters back there during hunting season!”

“This place is one of a kind! We had our wedding here and had a long weekend with friends and family and it was unforgettable. The views were AMAZING! The sunsets over the mountains were breathtaking. Both of our parties stayed with us and we got to enjoy multiple nights of hanging by the fire, hot tub, and private bar. There were plenty of games to play for entertainment. The industrial kitchen made it so easy to prep food. There was so much room in this inn for people to mingle and relax. It was truly amazing and I plan to come back in the future!Rooms: So spacious and clean. So many bathrooms to each room. Made all my guests comfortable.”

“We usually stay within the outlets, but my husband was planning a last-minute quick weekend trip for us.While he couldn’t find a room where we usually stay we are so glad it panned out that Merrill Farm Inn had availability. This place is so quaint, we kept saying we felt like we were in a Hallmark movie.Gary was a pleasure to work with, and may I add his cookies during cookie time are out of this world. We were able to check in a bit early, we were given clear directions to our room and honestly felt just as cozy as if we were home.We grabbed a cookie and headed to shops and dinner, we slept great and decided to try the included breakfast in the morning. While we love our Flatbread visits, after trying the breakfast we will be trying dinner during our next longer visit no questions asked,Andrew took great care of us during breakfast, we truly didn’t want to leave. The pancakes were phenomenal, the fireplace and views from the deck just as good. After years of visiting and staying at the same hotel, we’ve accidentally yet finally found our homebase. Can’t wait to stay with you again!Rooms: The rooms are dated but that's what it makes it a true NH gem!Nearby activities: You're maybe a mere 10 minute drive away from everything.Safety: We felt very safe in our room and on property.Food & drinks: The breakfast was to die for and the cookies during cookie time will keep us coming back.”

“A beautiful old building with it's main areas remodeled, this place is cozy and in definitely appreciated by it's guests. With 17 rooms, each space is unique. This building still has all the charm and character of it's 1773 timeframe, while being updated to modern convenience. It's very obvious money is being put into restoring the place. I found both the occupants, the building manager and the space beautiful, charming and worth visiting long term. For location, you are close enough to the center of town for all the fun you like, while far enough back to not have the noise. And the ski runs are mere minutes away. The best part of the whole place is the little things that point out the character, from the old mailboxes behind check in, to the old record player to the life edge bar in the dining room...and the list continues.Tim, thanks for showing me the place and Room 11 today! Oltin, I love what you are doing with this old place!!!”

“For the price it is a good deal, newly renovated and the room was nice. The room was dusty but that could have been from recent remodeling. The bed was great and the bathroom was roomy. We would stay again.”

“I loved the pool and the hot tub. But the room we got had food trash every where. But if you ask to change rooms they will the other one was fine. The coffee was water down just tasted like water coffee. The only drink they had for breakfast was milk the yogurt was expired. But the beds where good I had a good stay would not and would recommend there was also stains on the ceiling.... ps bring your own food”
