“The service of Uhaul taking your money, for fast services of getting what you need, however, when a refund is needed to be done, the U-Haul team, is pretty much useless, when it comes to giving money back, which in most all states would see that as some sort of theft. Perhaps the people who are higher on the ladder need to train the people lower on the ladder so that refunds can be given and doesn't just go into the pocket of whoever is behind the counter.”
