It’s a super bad hotel. In my room there were bedbugs and ticks. I don’t recommend it to anyone to take care of their health. The city should intervene. It’s totally disgusting

We booked this hotel because it was a reasonable drive to North Conway and the amenities seemed good.We arrived to see only four cars in the parking lot. There was someone in front of us when we tried to check in and the associate handling the guest was having problems dealing with her and using the computer. We waited for about 25 minutes to check in. He never addressed us to say hello and he would be with us shortly. He didn’t call for someone else to check us in. I assume he was the only one working because we requested more towels and blankets and he brought them to our room. There were no towels in the pool. The sauna was out of service. A reason we booked this hotel. The refrigerator in our room is very loud and kept me up most of the night.Complimentary breakfast was a big let down. Options were cold cereal, fruit, egg sandwiches that we needed to microwave…yuck. I tried to make a waffle but the iron didn’t work. We wanted orange juice but the machine gave us water. I asked at the desk and was told they haven’t had any for weeks. We headed out at 8:30 am and left the “Do not disturb sign” on our door. When we returned at 11:45 am housekeeping was in our room and had to spend time in the lobby until he was done. We didn’t want this service or anyone in our room. The tv in lobby has been removed and the one in the breakfast area was not able to be turned on.I opened the nightstand to look for information about the hotel and area. That doesn’t exist but there was a dirty tissue in the drawer. Housekeeping isn’t too attentive. There is no elevator and it should be noted on the hotel website.Find another hotel. We were very disappointed. We will never stay here again and do not recommend

WE continually called for verification email and did not get one, we were qouted $111 per night, then we got a $400 bill. These people are crooked, the ac/heat was broken, the cabinets were broken. There is no elevator. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean, but sort of smelled a little. The restaurant is closed down and there is no elevator to get your suitcases to the second floor, so pack light.

When i booked my room in june, the price was $141. With tax with my military discount and didn't honor the price, wanted to charge me $194.32 when i complained he still would not honor the original price. Never received a confirmation email even after i confirmed with them a week before. The breakfast looked horrible unless your into cereal and prepackaged pancakes.

My boyfriend and I stayed here when we were attending a concert at the Pavilion. At first I was a little nervous due to reviews and ratings. But we took the chance and glad we did. Our room was clean, bed sheets clean, shower clean, toilet clean. Distance to Pavilion I think was about 30-40min. But definitely worth it for a one nighter. Breakfast was basic yogurt, cereal, fruit, coffee, juices. No hot bar besides microwaveable Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches (still pretty good I'll eat anything). Staff seemed small in number. Waited 5-7min even after pushing the pager at the front desk for someone to assist me. There's a 7/11 gas station and store right across the street and a Dollar General (EBT accepted) and a Dunkin Donuts a little further down. All in all, I think we took the chance. and I would definitely stay here again if attending a concert at the Pavilion for sure.

We came here on a weekend getaway, the service was great and the location was alright for the price, however the cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bed sheets and living area were in good shape but the shower/ bathroom needed to be wiped down better. Also needs to be swept at the coat closet space right when you walk into the room.Safety: Also the back door says you need a key card to get in but it doesn’t even work. Anyone could walk in the back door at any point they wanted to.

Actually very impressed with this hotel. VERY CLEAN ROOMS and that's all that matters. I was reluctant to book a Days Inn due to bad experiences with them in the past, but this one was clean and easy. I can't speak to any of the amenities or breakfast as we did not use them, as spending time at a hotel is the least interesting thing to do in the beautiful Winnipesaukee area. This hotel was great value for the price and we would stay here again.

I am getting married in West ossipee New Hampshire in September this year so I reached out to the Days Inn Tamworth to do a block of rooms. I spoke to Miriam, who was super nice via email. I spoke to her again in February to touch base again about getting pricing for a block of rooms to which she said she was waiting to hear back from the hotel as she was in the dept who did blocking not at the actual location. I reached out again then in March and again twice in April with no response. I then went onto the website where you send a contact request and have not received any response from them either. Fortunately I ended up booking a block elsewhere. Not a good professional experience.

We were at a wedding at the Preserve and this was so convenient. The rooms are super clean. Beds are very comfortable and the hotel is quite. Breakfast is enough, including make your own waffles. Highly recommend.

Clean cozy rooms. Bed was Perfect. Shower wouldn't drain properly so couldn't enjoy as much. Front desk was very accommodating. Perfect location nestled between Lake Winnipesaukee and the white mountains.

This is a "middle of the road" hotel. The pool is very popular. The staff is scarce. In the room, cleaning is much to be desired. Bathroom "flat areas" were not cleaned. The window draperies are way too long. There was no offensive odors; however, the drains need attention. Bed linen was clean and fresh upon arrival.
