“These guys here are life savers.
I had purchased tires last month from another BJ's and on my way up north I had an unexpected flat. After a kind man put air in my tire he told me to have it fixed asap. After no one could help me I called Michelin customer service had me visit 5 different stores in Laconia that are supposed to honor their products. Well after going to all those places and been denied service, I finally came to BJ's in Tilton and received an amazing service. Even when the tire I needed wasn't available, they made sure I can get to my destination and back safely. The next day tire was changed and service Michelin talked about was honored.
These guys are amazing and I would always give them my service.

An associate by the name of Ty went way out of his way to make sure I got my tires done before a big storm. I’ve been on a donut for 2 weeks and it’s our only 4 wheel drive car. I’m a tad irritated with their corporate but the staff couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. A+ for Ty and thank you for going above and beyond”
