Plymouth never answers the department phone, only had 3 tires in the brand I was looking for, and is horribly understaffed. I showed up at the Tilton Walmart auto center to replace 4 tires (without an appointment) at about noon last Thursday and staff was friendly, efficient and had my car up on the lift with the quickness! 5 Stars across the board from me for sure! “These guys here are life savers.I had purchased tires last month from another BJ's and on my way up north I had an unexpected flat. After a kind man put air in my tire he told me to have it fixed asap. After no one could help me I called Michelin customer service had me visit 5 different stores in Laconia that are supposed to honor their products. Well after going to all those places and been denied service, I finally came to BJ's in Tilton and received an amazing service. Even when the tire I needed wasn't available, they made sure I can get to my destination and back safely.
