BJ's is an overall decent market place but one of my biggest issues with this is the fruit and vegetables I buy. For example, the other day I wanted to purchase dragonfurit and I was shocked that they didn't have any and not only that but when I try get other fruit there are flies around them or they are already going bad. I understand if there is not much to do for this but I hope you see where I'm coming from. Thank you.

Had 4 Michelin tires put on my car. These tires have a directional tread pattern. 3 of the 4 tires were put on in the wrong direction. When my husband returned to the store, he was met with bad attitude and they refused to fix them today, and told him to bring the car back tomorrow. At this point I dont want them to touch my car, and I would rather pay someone who knows what they are doing to fix the problem. I will not be returning.

Long gas line wait at pumps due to pumps running slow takes 5 mins at times to get one or two gallons. Need to ensure that pumps are working fast at all times

Store employees are great. Tire center folks have attitude. Went in for a propane refill, both employees just chit chatting, not a big deal. Waited for a minute to be acknowledged, gave them the receipt and said they would be right out. Ten minutes pass, no one came. Wife went in and they where still chit chatting while both worked on an estimate apparently. Someone finally came out, did not say a word, filled it and spit out 'now.i can go back to my lunch'. Both employees looked bothered to be asked for help.

Got put on hold while bakery went to ask her manager a question for me. Was transferred back to the front 3x before she came back on to tell me she spoke to her manager and didn't ask her the question. When I asked to speak to the manager myself I was told she went on lunch. At 8:30 in the morning. At 8:45 I was transferred again and was told oh yeah the manager is right here let me get her for you. Put on hold and transferred again. No thanks I hung up. Keep your cake I'm good lol went somewhere else with no issue ??

location is a medium- to large-size warehouse store compared to other locations I have been to.
location has all the standard items as other locations save for automotive items. there are none here.
location has recently modified the fuel pumps allowing patrons to tap-to-pay with credit and debit cards.
internal changes include a good-sized refrigerator and possibly freezer near the entrance; current function of this is unknown.

Always friendly staff. The prices are great. I love the coupons available kits if savings to be had. I like the healthy snack selection the most.

Not a big fan of " pay-to-shop" type of stores. But we're giving BJ's a try. One thing is that alot of the food products are in such a large amount that it is hard to store the items at home. Sometimes the cheese is so big it won't fit in the refrigerator, and you have to make sure you can consume that amount or it goes bad. The other products like clothing and electronics seem to be on point with other stores prices, so no big savings there. Overall not that cheap and in some cases it is more expensive than regular stores...........

A large majority of my experiences at BJs Wholesale Club & BJ s fuel have been enjoyable. Little to no wait times lines! Good coupons and mobile apps. I do not like the self checkout. I feel like I'm doing all the work while employees stand on the sidelines and ignore their jobs. I'm forced to slow down while scanning my items, which takes longer, to avoid being flagged by the self-checkout for suspicious behavior... taking off hangers.

Large wholesale store with lots of options in bulk items. Many different types of food, housewares electronics and many more including tires auto mechanics that will help fix your vehicle as well. Great deals on gas especially if you have their capital one credit card usually save lots of money at the gas pump and plenty of deals and coupons to use in their app.
