The service is great. I use the Tilton and Franklin stores daily. The 2 issues are the lids to the coffee cups are still falling off. This has been an issue that I have address for a few years. The other issue is the bathrooms. I won't go into details but should be checked more thoroughly during the shifts.

Very efficient, clean, and well managed storefront. Employee was helpful and courteous, and had a great customer experience with another guest and the employee behind the counter. 10 out of 10, recommended.
