Alan and his staff are incredibly helpful and so friendly. I found 3 separate rings that saudered together would make the perfect wedding ring. Alan took those rings and perfected them for my finger. He went above and beyond. He knew how excited I was about getting the ring. So in the same day of purchase he saudered them and had to resize them because they were still a bit floppy. And I had them by the end of the same day. His prices for his services are so reasonable. I had a great experience with Alan Soule and highly recommend his establishment when shopping for jewelry.”

I told her what I was looking for and she took me right over to all the promise rings and took her time showing me all the rings, and letting me try them all on. “Took my wedding band to these folks that had to be cut off my finger due to a wasp sting making my finger swell. It was mangled badly. They did a flawless job on the repair on a 45 year old ring. They also did a resising on another ring and removed and revised a silver bracelet. Great work friendly group taking time to explain whole process and price was more than fair. Can't say enough.”

“My experience with Carignan Watch and Denis and Heidi was very positive. I sent them a French Verge Fusee pocket watch which over 250+ years old and hadn't worked in over 80 years. The watch was passed down to me my mother and, while not particularly valuable, or special, was special to me and I wanted to see it working again. Denis agreed to take on the task and was able to get it working again. In doing so, he had to make new hour and minute hands; repivot the lower pivot on the contrate wheel, make a new verge; repair the fusee chain, including adding several links, make a new ratchet wheel; repair the click and fusee; and make a new hinge pin, among other repairs. At the end of the day, I received back a watch which now works and I'm very happy to be able to pass it on to my son. During the repair process, Denis and Heidi were very responsive to my questions and were always willing to spend time speaking with me about the status. I'm so appreciative of Denis and Heidi and recommend them highly.”
