If there were a Market Basket closer to me, I would shop there all the time. In every department the selections are great. Produce is fresh. Meats look great. Every member of the staff I have dealt with has been very polite and more than willing to go out of their way to help me find what I need, or to answer questions about an item. Highly recommend.

The managers there are not very responsive when you speak to them, and they never teach their baggers to bag the groceries properly- many times
I bring home a bag consisting of 10 canned goods and a 10 dollar jar of juice in the same
Bag and it’s breaks because it’s over packed

What do you have to do besides wait in line for 8 hours to get a sandwich!? Why have a phone, they never answer it. Always a pleasure as long as I’m not in Tilton, smh

Employees at sandwich counter operate very slowly. I waited 15 minutes for a small container of chicken salad. The chicken in the salad are pieces I would have thrown out as I was cutting chicken for the salad. All gristle.

Crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon. Plenty of registers open. Woman's bathroom however had no paper towels and the hand dryer doesn't work. I guess their employees dry their hands on their clothing. Not hygienic.

Absolutely great regional grocery chain. Good selection and very good prices. We go there whenever we are in the vicinity. Unfortunately it is too far to drive just for grocery shopping.

So - my wife and I go here weekly. Great place. Everything is pretty solid except for the packaged red meat.
It has been a bout 5-6 times in a row now where we buy packaged red meat from here and the expiration date was 3-4 days away. We open the meat the next day to cook and it smells bad. We are not picky at all with these types of things, but this has been pretty awful to be honest. Lots of wasted money.
Do not buy packaged red meat from here unless you are cooking it that night.
Otherwise great place to shop.

Might be the most inefficient sub and sandwich section in all of New England's Market Basket. Absolutely awful and dense....DO NOT GO THERE IF YOU INLY GET AN HALF HOUR FOR LUNCH
