“Was promptly greeted upon entering the store. I knew exactly what I was looking to do...try on the next size up of some shirts I bought online, and maybe exchange them AND get fitted for a suit. The young man brought me over to the shirt rack, and after trying one on...facilitated an exchange.. then took my suit measurements,,,pulled the appropriate jacket to try on... fit perfect... then same with the pants....In & out of the store with a new suit, shirt, & 4 shirts exchanged,,, They treat you like they are your personal assistant...I've had similar experiences at 3 other stores as well....This store was in Tilton NH, the others Lake George NY, Albany NY, and Newark DE. Top notch customer service in an age of rapidly declining or non existent customer service...”

“I went to the store in Tilton and i was greeted at the door by a nice young man. I asked for a certain type of women's clothing and he guided me to an employee in the back. The employee was Michelle and she immediatly guided me to the Blazer suit style clothing. She helped me match a blouse with the suit and it worked out great. Michelle also cashed me out and she made my expirence painless. I will certainly go back for more clothing and hopefully she will assist me again. Great service with a smile :)”

“My fiance and I visited this store on August 13th. He needed clothes for a wedding but we had no idea where to start. We are not the usual crowd that goes to these types of stores... The associate George came right over and immediately began to assist us. We had only hours to get an outfit together, and he was super helpful. He gave us advice for future outfits, what colors/types of pants would look good with this shirt, types of shoes, etc. He helped us without judgement (we had a previous experience at this store years ago with a different associate, she was the complete opposite). We had some anxiety going in, but George was so friendly and personable (and he also has great style!!). He made us feel welcome and took the time to make sure my partner was comfortable in the clothes he tried on. My fiance looked great, and everything fit him nicely. Thank you George, if you see this! Great customer service is tricky to find these days. You are a model representative of what quality customer service should be.”

“The store was clean, and there was plenty of room to navigate my daughter's wheelchair around to see all she wanted to see. The clerks were friendly, and the girls at the register were very helpful & nice to chat with.Some of the clothes seemed well made, from quality fabric, but many of the blouses looked like they would fall apart after a single wash. This of course is not a reflection on this particular store, or the clerks. It's just an observation of corporate purchasing, and their effort to charge more money for flimsy goods.”

“I loved the store and loved the youngsters. They were very friendly and helpful. Great shopping experience. When you feel comfortable, you tend to shop more. You are actually being entertained in an odd way. People like to have fun. The only reason why I held back on the full five stars was that as a handicap shopper, I had so much trouble getting into the store. I noticed as a native New Yorker, New Hampshire does not cater to a sector of the population called handicap or senior citizens.”
