Horrible, do NOT trust these people at this location. I left a $300 speaker in the truck. Called days later and no one ever saw it. They wouldn’t even investigate it. A $309 theft going unanswered from a large organization such as this is unacceptable. My company will never use them again.

I was moving across country and my truck was two days late from the initial pick up date that I scheduled. No one was in a rush to help me and I was told that I was going to get a percentage taken off for the hassle, but it never happened; and so many other issues picking up the truck and trailer, it would take me forever to write it here. Needless to say, I will never be renting with Penske again.

needed a truck to fit an 82 inch tall control panels in, they told me they had a truck that was 8 ft inside. went to pick it up the door measured 76".this is after I called on a Friday to have it available in Tilton the next Tuesday. got there they told me my pick up was in Londonderry so I had to wait till Wednesday to pick it up. i called the main hub to figure out why, the guy on the phone was nothing short of rude. what huge waist of time."thanks boss"go down the street to the u-haul at 314 Laconia rd. Tilton NH. I got what I needed $100 bucks cheaper too. the person I dealt with was awesome to the point it gave me hope for humanity. its nice to see in 2020

Yeah this place rocks they try not to make you wait but it's in a home depot plan your trip accordingly
