“I Went in at 5 pm on Friday desperate to have a poster I made printed and laminated in the largest size they could do for an event I was bringing my horses to the next morning. The service techs at the counter weren’t sure they could get it done that fast and the head of the print department wasn’t there. They called the manager over and he was amazing and managed to get it printed and laminated before I even left the store. Service was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It was super important because the poster had the QR code on it for the liability waiver people need to sign before they can ride our ponies at the event. Very kind, professional and accommodating when it was absolutely my fault for not preparing ahead of time better.”
