Have returned a few things for Amazon at this location. This location never sent them so now I have been double charged. This has happened numerous times. Amazon needs to go back to ups staples workers have no idea what they are doing

I pushed the wrong button on the self serve printer and ended up with 200 blank pages. When I tried to stop the print job, get a refund then start over. I was informed it was my fault and they would not help me at all. $44. for nothing. I won’t be coming back for anything.

I have used the print services at this location several times and have always be delighted with the staff and quality of work. On this occasion, I happened to be looking for office storage. I had noticed some cube storage units on Clearance. When I asked Mark about them he looked at the inventory, noted the 3 units I wanted to buy were on Clearance, shared the fact that with the Staples Connect App I could save another 20%, guided me through downloading the app, wheeled the storage units over to the cash register, and THEN helped me fit them in my car. He was AMAZING! Best service I have ever received in an office supply store.

Staples Print & Copy Center at the Tilton, NH location is awesome! Everyone is super helpful here. I’ve dealt with Frank several times and he’s professional, friendly, and has an outstanding attitude, even when he’s working on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. It’s so nice to see people take pride in their job - definitely a sign of good character!

While I agree that the print department is always extraordinarily helpful, I was frustrated to arrive at 7:45 expecting an 8 o'clock opening. No excuses. It is on the Tilton store website information and the hours information is in accurate. Now I will be late to my office.Could have organized it any other way with Accurate information.

Website says open at 8:00AM. Drove 30 minutes to get here by 8:00! It is now 8:40 and still not open! Staff began arriving at 8:30. Web says hours updated by company last week! Now 8:45 and not open! At least 8 customers have arrived and some have left! The rest of us still waiting!Guess STAPLES has same problems we all have! “not enough help”!

I just went here to buy an office chair, the floor was a mess. They had boxes of chairs not matched correctly with the prices. We asked an associate for help and he was so useless. Pretty confident he just smoked a ton of weed, which is fine If you can do your job... but he just stared at us and mumbled. I found a chair that I thought was $79 because that is what the tag above It said on the wall. We got to the register and the same associate came to rang us up. I entered my information because I am a rewards member so my info popped up on the screen, he rang up the chair and didn’t tell me the total or say anything. I happened to see on the screen the chair rang up$229. I said that’s not what the tag said. He went to look, came back and said he couldn’t find what I was talking about. I went back to the area to show him and he said the tags were not matched with the right chairs and then just stared at me. I asked him what chair was $79 and he mumbled he would need to get the scanner and then just stood there. Clearly he didn’t want to help so I said never mind I was good with buying a chair from them today. He continues to just stand there and I asked him to go back to the register to clear my information out of the screen. He said oh you don’t have to worry about that. I said no I am not comfortable leaving my info up and not seeing the transaction canceled. He got annoyed and came back to the register and cleared my info. I thanked him and he ignored me completely. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!
