With Niki gone the new staff is an idiot. It is so difficult to get info from him. I guess bad service is better than no service. This post office is so much more convenient than Belmont post office, but Belmont has great personnel, wish they were at Lochmere.

Applied for our passports and got pictures for them here. Great experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would give more stars if I could.
