“Great little theater where you can be served your meal while watching a movie. There should be more theaters like this!
Only complaint is that it was obnoxiously loud in the theater, please turn down the volume there is no need for it to be so loud, I feel like my hearing was damaged.
Wear earplugs and you will have a great experience : )

Our group was very impressed with how beautiful and well laid out the entire venue is, including the wonderfully spacious and clean bathrooms. The acoustics were top-notch. The venue seats about 180-200. Five stars!”
“AS a wedding photographer the Winthrop Carter House is a dream venue. From rustic barn to the open field with wooded area surrounding it. To the country inn feel of the rooms and suite. So many places to create magic on your wedding day.”
“The theater is great! Parking is the problem here. If you come early enough you can get close parking. Then you can go and walk the town or get a meal at one of the several restaurants nearby.”

“Cute park. Great playground equipment. Nice picnic area. It is clean with lots of trash cans around. No idea if there is a bathroom or not (my guess is probably but I didn't need to use one so I wasn't looking for one)”

“Everyone at Jay's/Goodhue was extremely friendly and accommodating. When our own boat was down for repairs, we rented one of their boats, which was basically new. When our boat was ready, they helped with the launch (their ramp has a drop-off so many trailers scrape unless you raise the hitch) and the removal. We had nothing but good experiences with the crew. Highly recommend!”
